Had a disappointing experience dealing with Sarita. We really liked the designs so ordered 150 trunk boxes. Before ordering, Sarita said she will make sure not a single piece is damaged and if any, she will replace them at her own expense including shipping. But after I received the shipment 9/150 boxes were damaged or not proper. I sent her pictures and she completely denied to take any responsibility. Just blamed courier and asked me to use some gum to fix the boxes myself. She claimed to have checked each piece herself but clearly not the case if you see the attached pictures. After some talking, she agreed to fix but then I had to ship the boxes to her at my own cost and then again pay for the shipping back! This is completely opposite to what she had promised before I ordered! Can't trust her words. I felt completely helpless since she had taken 100% payment before even shipping the package. So if you really want to deal with her, I suggest you retain at least 10-20% of the payment until you receive the shipment and check the pieces yourself before paying the remainder.

For my engagement, I was sure that as return favours I wanted to gift my family and friends something truly bespoke and unique and Sarita at Crafthaat truly helped me achieve just that. First their profile here is full of ideas and their online pages has more variety. We ordered few pieces to check quality as it was huge order, it was amazing and as shown in images. I was super easy and above that a well satisfied dealing with Crafthaat. We are miles apart and ordering giveaways online was a matter to care about initially, but people behind Crafthaat made it like a pro. My family needed different giveaways as per different wedding events, and we were spoilt with choices offered; each being eyecandy and affordable. And the traditional ethnic decor props is what stole the show. From designing to packing everything was worth appreciating.
