SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE : 1. Huge number of guests are suffering from food poisoning, 4 are hospitalised, 2 at Woodlands, 2 at chittaranjan hospital. 2. The quality of the food was not at all up to the mark, even the welcome drinks, coffees couldn't be taken by the guests since it tasted so bad. Fish fries and prawn malai curries were under cooked, as informed by many guests. They served precooked momos, by reheating them. 3. We had booked Bidhan Garden 1 banquet, which is enormously spacious, and instructed Mr. Rangon Neogi for making starters counter, and he agreed to do the same. But at the day of event his workers denied to do starters counter and only floated the starters throughout the floor , AT A VERY VERY LESSER FREQUENCY. At a corner of the ground he made a counter for soups, dahi vada (which didn't contain any dahi) and momos , and it was very shameful for us, as if we didn't arrenged for any other starters The groom's mother asked for a cup of tea thrice, and couldn't get one. Mr. Rangon Neogi assured that he will personally visit the venue on the day of event but never showed up. 4. Extremely dirty serving dishes, glasses, even the mouth of water dispenser was blackened with dirt. His workers couldn't even arrange the eating area tidily, AND JUST DESTROYED OUR EVENT that was venued at a PRESTIGIOUS BANQUET LIKE BIDHAN GARDEN 1 . 5. The waiters served less amount during the main Course also. Guests complained that whenever they asked for mutton the server said "Please wait, it will come shortly." 6. During the discussion of terms and conditions, Mr. Rangon Neogi assured that he can manage to feed 50 extra heads without any shortage of food, and insisted us that we can decrease the headcount by 5% and let him know the number. He informed us earlier that when our prepaid head count is over he will hung a board with 'Valued plate counts over, we are running on buffer' written on it , and we agreed to this. But on the day of the event , when the prepaid plate count got over, along with hanging the board, his workers JUST STOPPED SERVING, and informed they will not start serving unless we count the total number of heads to be feed and PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT. We understand and support his insecurities that he might not be paid later but he could have informed us about this while discussing the terms and conditions. My 5 years old niece stood there and tried to take a plate, and was refused by the waiters . It was a great shame .

I engaged them once long back during my child’s occasion which was great but my recent experience with them for a small party was horrible. The quantity sent was so insufficient that some of the guests literally couldn’t be served at all causing embarrassing situation. I will not recommend them anymore. To be precise with many other catering services I never faced such situations for small parties!

Just like the ambience and décor, food is the most remembered and appreciated part of the wedding. And as we know that everyone has a different taste, so why not try Continental food as it serves everything from paneer to fish with the best flavorings which would be enough to make that yummm… kind of appreciation and satisfaction.

Continental Caterers are just amazing. Had got my food done from them in my wedding for around 200 people. Their food quality and taste is just delicious. All the guests loved the food.

Yesterday we had a House warming party of our new flat at Urbana & we entrusted the catering service to Continental Catering Services. excellent food & impeccable services provided by them. Innovative continental menu. polite behaviour of their smart services boys & girls mostly Hotel Management are highly appreciated by our 300 + guests. Their Fish Florentine, Chicken Marengo & Roast Leg of Lamb are just hit of the day. I highly recommend Continental Catering Service to all my friends & relatives.

Few days back Continental Catering Services served in omy son's wedding party at New Delhi. Thanks to the team Continental for serving such awesome Bengali Food . All my guests were impressed by there service & food . They came all the way to New Delhi to serve Bengali food . Their presentations, flawless services are really amased me as a host. Rarely we had such authentic Bengali food served in a wedding party in Delhi. Thanks to their owners Rongon & Suman Neogi for everything. I highly recommend Continental Catering Services.

Excellent catering by Continental Catering Services! Recently in May2017, I attended an Annaprasan Ceremony at Jal Mahal- Satragachi, Howrah. The food was very tasty, fresh & warm. Salad bar & fruit basket were eye catching and at the same time delicious. Non veg items alongwith the starters were wonderful. All yummy & sumptuous dishes were served by the smart college guys(Hotel Management students). Proprietors managed the entire catering very professionally. Food was served hygienically too.Overall a very satisfying experience. All the best to the entire team!

I had a recent occasion at Kolkata (Thread Ceremony of My Son) & I had availed services of M/s Continental Catering on 7th (Lunch)& 10th May(Dinner) 2017. My feedback are as follows 1. The service of this catering Company is very much professional & Quality of service provided was excellent. 2. The way Mr. Suman Neogi (Proprietor) handled the entire course of service is really appreciable. From the day of first contact with Mr. Neogi, till the last day of service, we had never felt any problem. This was my first time experience with Continental Catering services in Kolkata. I have done all negotiations with Mr.Neogi through Whatsup and email. Throughout he was very supportive and came out as a reliable service provider. Before the boubhat function, Mr. Neogi went out of the country but he ensured that his team of supervisors take care of the responsibilities properly. Everyone of my guests in really appreciated the food prepared by Continental catering service. Fish preparations were authentic Bengali dishes and sweet dishes like malpua was also well made. Only thing I did nt like was the way fruits were placed , it was more like decorative items rather than making guests go for it as a food item. I also wished salads should have been displayed in a better way. Over all a nice experience for taste buds as far as main course concerned.

We would highly recommend Sudhankar Khanna's Continental Caterers. The quality, standard and taste of their food is par excellent. Mr. Khanna himself is very warm and extremely cooperative. I've had a long association with him since he was the caterer for my brother's wedding also. I had no doubts that I wanted him for our wedding too!Source
