3 words to describe the affiliation with Mr Palash Bhardwaj THIEF, CHEAT, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Thief: Return my propert (pendrive) Cheat: Complete your end of the deal I gave a contract to cine wedding arts (Palash Bhardwaj, co-owner mrs Tanya Gupta, as per visiting cards provided to me) for my marriage march 2019, payments was divided in to 3 phases.. phase one advance , phase two after first function , n last phase three at the end... On 2nd Jan 2020 palash came to hand over the INCOMPLETE final delivery of albums, my hard disk with raw data. IN ALL TWO VIDEOS WERE LEFT OUT ALONG WITH A PHOTO PRINT. for which I provided him my pen drive so that he would coriour the work back to me. He promised that both would be delivered in 10 days. THE ONLY MISTAKE I DID WAS TO TRUST HIM AND PAY HIS FINAL INSTALLMENT WITHOUT RECIEVING MY LEFT OVER JOB. From 2nd Jan 2020 till date 15th March 2020..his attitude TOTALLY SOMERSAULTED and has been of total neglect, false commitments (5 occasions he lied about delivery), avoiding my phone calls , not responding to my messages, all sorts of absurd excuses.. I am amused how palash's true self came out after he took his payments in full n final in january.. since then he has been evading and has gone. HE IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL EXCUSES : Once his coriour got returned (13th feb 2020), once the photo print got misprinted(29th feb 2020)..and since last 14 days he has not been able to send back my pedprive alone.. I have all the whatsapp mesages, emails, record'gs et al to prove my harassment here.. my mobile no is 8527940932( future customers of his pls feel free to get an unbiased review with proofs to stand my case) My only intent here is to save his unfortunate future clients here from harassment... By writing and sharing my experience with this association.. I ALL DONT PAY THIS GUY BEFORE YOU GET ALL YOUR WORK WRITTEN IN CONTRACT.. UPHOLD HIS PAYMENTS TILL THEN.. Once a cheat always a cheat.. They did our pre wedding and all the wedding functions aswell and they were such genuine people to deal with.They had a team of friendly and warm people and i loved their creativity so much. The wedding video they did was just beyond expectations and I would highly recommend them.
