The process, the selection, the people, the attention to detail, the communication, the outfit, the quality--all unparalleled. I needed an outfit for a family wedding which had to be a certain color, and of course I wanted a very specific style. I was literally doom scrolling online looking for this outfit for almost 3 months. A friend had recommended Chamee and Palak to me after she got a custom outfit and loved how comfortable it was. I had heard of them, but had not yet checked them out, so I took this opportunity to do so and immediately loved their selection. They had so many options and so many ways I could customize the outfits. When I reached out to the store, they were amazing and so willing to jump in and help and answer all of my questions (I had a lot!). I went back and forth on the outfits, yet they were very patient with me. Their overall process was SO streamlined and easy, so I knew I was working with experienced people. I ended up getting the outfit for the wedding plus an outfit for the mendhi from Chamee and Palak. The outfits arrived around the timelines I was given (possibly a little earlier!), which is at times rare when ordering custom outfits like these so this was a huge win in my book. When I opened the packages, I'm pretty sure I squealed a little bit because I was taken away by how amazing and gorgeous these pieces were. Everything from the quality, color, details, stitching and sizing was perfect. I got so many compliments on these outfits. I literally felt like a fashionista and I absolutely love these outfits, and can't wait for other events in the future so I can shop again! I had an amazing experience with Chamee and palak! The store in Mumbai is absolutely phenomenal. They are very willing to work with brides to make outfits customizable. I was nervous about fit, but they got my measurements perfectly correct on the first try. There were no needs for any adjustments after. Can’t wait to wear my reception outfit!!!!!!

I’ve always loved Chamee and Palak’s designs, having obsessively stalked their Instagram for a couple of years now. Their pieces fit my definition of romantic and modern. I especially love their floral embroidery and use of sequins, beads and pearls to create artistic unique designs. So, they were my first choice when I was buying a lehenga for my sister’s wedding. The process of ordering from out of India was smooth and hassle free. I had a phone call with the team where they gave me a tour of the studio and I selected some pieces that i was interested in. After choosing the outfit, I got detailed instructions from their team about how to take accurate measurements. Once I came to India for the wedding, I went to the studio for trials and was surprised at how perfectly it fit me. Also, the order was beautiful in person and perfectly matched the photographs I had seen. Chamee and Palak have a very polite staff and team. Their designs are absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend them.

Right from the get go Chamee and Palak were a dream to deal with. I was nervous with ordering my lehenga as all communication was virtual (due to covid) however, the team was professional and prompt, making the entire experience the best I had. I had customised my lehenga to suit the design I wanted by altering the dupatta fabrication, updating some of the embroidery and changing the blouse style. They also helped to stitch a border for my husband’s dupatta to match mine. The whole process was seamless and I would 100% recommend C&P to anyone who is looking for the perfect bridal lehenga!
