Castle Rock Events and Propshop Goa both planned and executed the wedding together. Well as wedding designers, we both had huge arguments about the decor even a week before the wedding. We both have very different styles and there were many moments when our families wished that we had hired someone else for our own wedding :p But what translated was a dream for both of us. It took two armies to put together the vision that me and he had. For the first time, our teams worked without our supervision and executed the most beautiful wedding. The whole CRE team was a dream to work with! Though we were living abroad, we decided to hold our wedding in Goa and wanted to make sure we worked with a planner who was able to communicate with us effectively. Pooja and her team were easy to reach, flexible with timings and best of all, understood our vision and created beautiful events that went off without a hitch! In total, we had three days of events and each one was incredibly unique and of the highest quality. All our guests were blown away. So happy we chose CRE and would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful event management team run by the lovely Pooja. I was in touch with several planners before deciding on Castle Rock Events - right from our very first conversation there was something special about her and she was hungry to deliver/make her mark. She is extremely organised / structured (only one who came with a detailed spreadsheet during the intro meetings!) and she didn't force her own ideas onto us. She understood the type of wedding we wanted and immediately tailored her recommendations to suit us. She was very easy to get along with (you need that considering how much goes into planning a wedding) and her decor arrangements were spot on! CRE's strong relationships with the vendors made things very comfortable for us, and our venue loved working with the team too. The only thing I would say is that she could do with a strong #2 as the organisation grows, particularly to manage the logistics as she can't be at two places at once. We are so grateful to her and the team for giving us two wonderful days and memories to last a lifetime, and wish her all the best for the future!

We chose Pooja and Castle Rock Events because they are the recommended party planners for W Goa (btw if your event is at the W, blindly go with them. They have some fantastic custom structures specific to W’s unique event spaces). I had initially decided the schedule of events with the hotel manager, so Pooja finalised complete decor and event plans accordingly, involving multiple rounds of feedback and approval, despite some reservations regarding venue choices. When we went for a recce trip right after, she was still concerned about 3 of our 5 events, and (thankfully!) showed us how uncomfortable our guests would be with the current plan, even though it would require her to re-do all her planning work to suit the new venues and timings. The entire weekend went beyond our expectations. The execution of the decor was better even than the sample photos we had approved beforehand. Pooja and her team have a knack for paying attention to all the little details that really elevate the class of an event. Our guests, all of whom have attended many weddings and events in Goa previously, unanimously said that it was the best ambience and experience they’d seen in Goa.

Thank you Pooja for all your hardwork and dedication in planning, organising and guiding us from the beginning our daughter's wedding in Goa. We were very nervous at the beginning but were dazzled and delighted by everything we saw and experienced and so were our guests! You had everything under control, with lots happening in the background. Your attention to detail was paramount. We are still going through photographs and looking through all the arrangements, impeccable! This being our first wedding in the family, you could understand our nerves :). Your calm and pleasant demeanor made it lot of fun to go through the entire process. Dedicated wedding coordinator to oversee the set-up and styling and coordination of events.. It was an overwhelming experience.. It was easy to make Pooja understand what I wanted and she definitely delivered the best.. Thank you for making it so special for us

So for our wedding in Goa, we must have looked at around 7 to 8 vendors who showed us designs which were very similar to each other and just felt like there is one main design vendor in Goa who is distributing subletting their stuff to others. It was only Pooja and her team who showed us designs which were very unique, classy and elegant to say the least. When it comes to design and decor you do not have to worry at all as people at CastleRock really deliver at what is promised.All our events looked grand thanks to the work done by the team at CastleRock. Pooja was more of a friend during our 'wedding planning' phase and clearly understood our vision . We had a guestlist of almost 500 people; Pooja along with her team managed everything from hospitality to logistics in a very smooth and professional manner. To conclude, I would recommend them hands down as I don't think there is any vendor who would execute an events decor and design with the elegance and finesse that Pooja and her team could achieve.
