Anu Raaja Makeup and Hair

I am sad to be leaving this review. I was flatly disappointed with Anu's work. The makeup was excessive and looked cakey on my skin. Although Anu was on time, she took ker own sweet time in getting us ready. She literally started applying makeup 30 minutes after arrival. Because of her lethargic and lax approach, we missed our sunset photoshoot during our reception. In addition to the excessive makeup charges, we had to pay over 15,000 rupees for the so-called commute, despite her close proximity to the venue.

I couldn’t have been happier with the results.She was on time and ahead of schedule. She respectfully listens to your requests. From my first enquiry I knew she was going to be awesome.I would highly recommend her.

I would give Anu Raaja Makeup and Hair 150/100! They(Anu and Geeta) have been extremely professional and patient. Wonderful experience !!! I have not been one for makeup, and have been petrified to look unnatural. I prefer my natural self:) Anu and Geeta not only fulfilled my dream of looking like a natural bride but also helped me calm my nerves during the whole makeup+hair process:) Every little issue was taken care of by them as they believe in perfection. Honestly, I thought dresses would make a lot of difference but, after this wedding, I realized that makeup makes a world of a difference when done properly :) I love my wedding photos: Thanks to Anu and Geeta :)

Anu is no doubt the BEST in the city. She did my makeup for my welcome, varapooja, reception and muhurtam. She’s just amazing in what she does. Everybody appreciated the makeup because it was so natural and beautiful, which made me look so good. I see perfection in her work and she’s so punctual. Also most of my cousins have gotten their makeup done by Anu Raaja, because she’s just Awesome. I surely recommend to all of my friends and family for all the future functions to hire her. And I really cannot thank her enough for the wonderful job she did for me on my special day. Thanks a lot Anu.

My wedding was on such a short notice because of covid, and I remember searching Insta to find the right artist. Thats when I saw Anu's page and I really loved the look she gave her brides. Now I know for sure that I got lucky because she gave me exactly what I wanted - natural yet glam look. Thank you Anu for transforming me :) I have never looked this good in pictures! I contacted Anu over Instagram and the communication went pretty smoothly. I loved my muhurtham look it stayed on for more than 12 hours with no plastic look and it felt very natural. I am little dark toned and was really skeptical about not getting a cakey makeup and Anu did an excellent job at it. My Reception look was also fabulous, but am giving a 4.5 because my curls went away pretty soon and I felt makeup was little heavy. But overall Anu is a great person to work with, she is professional and on time. She was up around 4:30 am to do my makeup which is highly commendable. Thank you Anu once again for making me look perfect on my wedding day.

It is so important to get the perfect look on your special day and I got mine by choosing Anu and since then, there was no looking back. All my friends and relatives have my highest recommendation for Anu and team. Her work is subtle yet so fierce. Anu works her way through the brush strokes and chooses the best combination of colors that perfectly match the attire. Anu and the team know their work really well and I wish her and the team all the best for their future projects.
