My experience with them was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, their prices are significantly higher than other sellers I've dealt with, yet the quality of the products they deliver is shockingly low. Moreover, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Despite sharing pictures, videos, and detailed descriptions of the products I wanted, they assured me of high-quality clutches. However, what I received was far from my expectations; it resembled the work of a child. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund and instead came up with excuses. I invested a considerable amount in both the clutches and shipping to the USA, and I strongly advise not to trust them. They lack professionalism and are nothing more than a rip-off.

They do have nice products hence the only reason why i dealt with them. Absolutely bad customer service. Only keen to sell and get their money. I had to chase up over 5 times to get a proper Invoice. That too wasn't a valid tax invoice. it was only on a normal paper but that's fine. Ordered over a dozen bags in two shipments. first one came with a scratch, they put the blame on my hipping guy. I let it go although the ship guy does handle over 150 pieces for me a month and none has come damaged. The second one came with a Glue mark they first said peel it off it will come off. Which means they know this is the glue used to make the clutch bag. Then they again bailed out blaming my shipping guy. They are more interested in money and not giving a good service. Although I didn't buy through wedmegood. I bought through their Instagram I thought i need to voice my dissatisfaction. Finally I was put to their owner. What a joke it was. Again blaming everyone else except his inferior quality item. He said my complaint was FUNNY to him. How unprofessional to tell the customer the complaint is funny. i didn't see what was really funny. And he though my complaint was disrespectful. and me asking are you the owner was disrespectful. Not sure which world he lives in. Customer service is paramount to people where i live (Australia) and this was shocking tome. I have attached the pics. The second one is clearly glue used to make the item. My shipping guy keeps tape not this glue uses to paste the base of clutches. Do not recommend at all. Passing the buck and blaming the entire world without owning up to their mistake and thinks my complaint is funny.

Everytime I order I am in love with that product and call it my favourite. All her products are all time favourite. Always on time and she revert back promptly. Rise and shine.

It's great working with Bhumika. Quite happy with her way of communicating and after sale services. One thing which can be improved is the time required for making and delivery. Otherwise everything is good.
