Bitter experience, they were expensive to start with and they have not given the photos and video of the engagement even after 6 months. The quality was hopeless and had to change them for the marriage function. They did not return the advance of Rs 1,20,000 which they promised months back and I am forced to move legally against them for the return of advance plus compensation.

I had a worst experience in dealing with black paper and especially with the owner. I could not receive my wedding videos and it’s been 8 months now. Had this bitter experience because it was assigned to this FRAUDS, hence the complaint has already been filed in Thrissur court. We experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from them, whenever we contacted them. For everyone, please be careful dealing with these guys or if you really want to be in trouble by giving them work, then better get an official agreement because, they never going to deliver your memorable videos just like what happened with me and many others. I know many people suffered this and I never ever recommend this firms to anyone.

I wish I could give 0. I had the most terrible experience with them. I booked them for my engagement and wedding and they did not send the pictures despite chasing them. Two weeks left for the wedding and no response on the pictures. There was absolutely no communication or response and I had no choice but book another vendor. They reached out to me after the wedding, and told me they will not be giving the engagement deliverables as I didn't go ahead with wedding booking. Firstly, the engagement payment was fully done and they ghosted me. The worst vendors I have ever come across, made me panic during my wedding and I have lost money and still do not have the pictures, videos from my engagement. I would suggest you to avoid them, because the last thing you want is no pictures of your biggest day to be delivered EVEN AFTER PAYING FULL AMOUNT and the most unprofessional team, management, zero communication with customer. Worst decision I have made and I hope no one ever faces this problem.

Disgusting experience. We booked Black Paper for our wedding shoot and after the marriage I moved to Malaysia for Job purpose. The owner was continuously texting my wife for no reason and finally I warned him to stop this. Later, few of my relatives also shared that during the wedding day, they had experienced bad behavior from him. Very horrible experience. Still haven’t received the album and videos after 6 months of function. Loss of money and moving to court soon.

Bad experience. Please dont spoil your wedding photos and videos. This blackpaper will fool us by Posting nice photos on Instagram and Facebook. But in reality, its not like what you see in their Socialmedia. My wedding was in 2020 but still I have not received the photo album and highlight videos. I could not find a proper review before my wedding. Still I have not received our album.

Wouldn't recommend this team at all. I got them to cover my engagement function last year. I hired them after reading positive reviews on their social media page. Their customer service is horrible to say the least. It was a task getting their manager on line. Either she would completely ignore my calls/text msgs or respond back with a voice message saying she is busy at the moment. It was a pain getting them to incorporate my suggestions into the final album. The final album was satisfactory after all my persistent haggling. The video however is a different case altogether. My engagement highlights were not properly edited. The full HD video doesn't have an audio clip, my name is spelt wrong and the opening frame has engagement spelt as 'egagement'.

We booked Black pepper weddings for our wedding photography and they are very good team of highly skilled professionals. They are really good in their work and would definately recommend it to al the future couples to get their memories captured happily.

The Black paper photography is the most amazing team ever. They are amazingly talented photograpers and are willing to travel with you to ccapture every beautiful moment of the wedding. They have a pure passion for their work. They are very popular in Kerala as well and we faced no issues with them whatsoever. They came to us to discuss everything and how we wanted things to be done And they're not pricey as well. Perfect experience.
