One of the worst experience with the such deceitful people( they r not even a company) more like freelancers who have non of there own resources , who will promise and say yes to everything and deliver nothing and the modest operendi is to hold u at ransom half why trough the function and extract full payment after under delivering

Worst company to ever deal with and most unprofessional people you can come across who don’t stick to their words. They messed up a simple gift, wedding is a different ballgame altogether and then after promising full refund of money, changed their words and ate the money without even giving the product. Moreover didn’t even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and talk.

Bipolar team was amazing. They helped me plan my wedding in less has 2 weeks notice. Very creative and excellent service. Highly recommend them.

I strongly advise not to work with them as from the beginning they have only been unprofessional and have failed to deliver what they promised. Issues Faced By US: 1) Delay in Delivery of the Stage 2) Quality of the Stage 3) Missing Items 4) Customer Service (Last min cancellations of meetings) 5) Attitude (Passing unacceptable statements & calling clients miser etc) 6) Fake Marketing Weddings being one of the most important day for any bride and groom, these guys made sure they cause panic and deliver half the expected decors they promised for. Firstly they arrived late and also delivered and prepared our Mandap(stage) late which forced us to start our rituals later than expected which was not favorable. Most surprising part was initially they did not attach stairs to the stage and expected elderly and the bride with heavy outfit to climb up the stage which was quite at a height. They easily blamed it on the hotel, saying hotels normally are responsible to arrange the same. Thankfully at the end the hotel somehow managed to help us with steps but this was really unexpected of them being experienced wedding vendors as per their marketing. Upon showing how upset we are due to delays, and since they did not deliver as promised, they started blaming the vendors, the climate and lastly to save themselves they blamed it on receiving advance late for their bad work. Not only this, they had the audacity to then comment that " You should have not get married if you had so many issues". This shows they not only are bad at their work, but also have no sense of customer service. Working with them was really one of the worst experience. Infact when they commented about the payments we also showed them proof the funds were transferred on time, and due to bank Holidays there would have been delay. On top we also offered cash which we mentioned to keep as deposit and return when the funds hit their accounts after Holidays. I feel we did as much as we could to make sure all preparations were smooth and on time, but they just had some excuse to counter us. This whole matter was closed on the wedding day itself, and I maybe would not review them also till yesterday I noticed they uploaded an image of our mandap, which is very different from what it actually looked like. The picture shows flowers were installed on top which was not the case in reality. Upon asking why were they removed if the were installed in the first place, and also it was what was promised, they not only did not respond but also blocked us on WhatsApp for asking this small question. I believe they had no answer as they were caught red handed marketing fake image and showing a wrong representation to their potential clients. I request all of you please do not be fooled, they will not deliver, will over promise and then block you when you question them or if you have any doubts. They really pushed us to sign with them knowing our budget as they wanted work after covid. Perfect company to spoil your special day and not take any responsibility. The only thing that was good was the sound and light which they had outsourced to a company called Al Thahbya Events (Thank you Thahbya events)

We executed Tony Robbins event in Emirates Palace in 2018. The Prince of Abu dhabi Appreciated our work and who was proudly mentioning that UAE has excellent event planners.
