While they have good taste and expertise, but all goes to waste if they don’t have the right attitude. When we were on the final stages of netgotiation, they cancelled suddenly saying that they can’t do the wedding, then came back saying they are available. After we paid the advance, it was hard to even hop on a call with them to plan 1.5 months before the wedding. They were so busy, that we just felt like it was just another wedding for them. I was surprised to see, that they Swati talks with an air of arrogance with clients many a times. To quote her, “i know you are getting married for the first time, but this is common sense that the pickup and drop service does not include cab fare.” All in all, not a great experience. We cancelled them and went ahead with another planner. Ofcourse they did not refund any advance.

Well, the best part about them is the zeal & enthusiasm they put in their work. They understand the client & make sure for each kind of clientele they maintain the ambience, decor & energy as per their needs. Also, not to forget their never draining stamina to uplift you up after a happening & tiring event for the next one! They are the best in their work. Will ensure that they make perfect arrangements for your wedding. I got married in Feb and both Swati and Rubin took care of the minutest of the minute detail, from posters to food to songs to decoration! All of us were awestruck when we saw the venue. The Terrace was beautiful, lounge classy, wedding venue superb! Big thanks to them. Everyone loved the food n all the decoration. The wedding day is very imp for a person and she stood by her words. Her passion and dedication shows in her eyes and definitely reflects in her work! Rubin took care of the sudden issues that just popped. They didn't let us feel pressurised for even a single minute. We knew we could rely on them. The concept of wedding planners is new to our OG but thanks to these guys, then older gen. are now promoting it just by referring their name to others. Thank u so much. Once a while you chance upon meeting people who are so passionate about what they do thats it inspires you too. swati and rubin are that rare breed. their goodness and pure love for what they do is what makes all the difference. they truely are artists. what they did for us was nothing short of magical. they worked tirelessly through the nights and days to create something which was beyond all of ours expectations. in every corner they added magicky touches to their work which brought an instant smile to our face. and they did it all so happily with so much warmth. we just got lucky that we found you.

These guys put a lot of mind and soul into the decor, which shows in their work. The amount of detail they work with is amazing! They are not just great with their work but are also amiable to work with. Would totally recommend.

Attended a friends wedding that was planned and executed by Big bash entertainment. The wedding was nothing less than a fairy tale affair.Since it was an intimate wedding, personal attention was given to each and every guest with impeccable hospitality by the team.The styling, vision, theme,decor was truly spectacular.The planners truly have an eye for detail.

When you are looking at any service, the first thing that comes out is not what they are presenting but the sparkle in the eyes of the presenter; Swati and Rubin are such nice people that the moment you meet them you know that they are genuinely going to give it all to make your vision of your special day come to life. They are patient while listening to what the client wants and would do their best to cater all your demands . I remember seeing Swati at the venue all busy at work but she would never miss to smile and greet everyone. For me (and my entire family, as well as the guests) this is something that truly shows the dedication and love of a person with their work, which Swati showed effortlessly. The beauty of their work is that it is so urbane and opulent . Everyone at the wedding would stop for few minutes and just be spellbound. If you like elegant and uber classy designs and are looking for something that is not common or run-of-the mill Swati and Rubin are your people. Trust me people would spend most of their time being in awe of their work.

We hired the services of Big Bash Entertainment for my sister's wedding. And I am glad that everything went so smooth with them. They were cooperative with us, took care of everything so that was great. We got to know about them through our relatives!
