Bespoke Vintage Jewels - By Shweta & Nitesh Gupta

Please be aware! I have had the worst customer experience with Bespoke Vintage Jewels I ordered a piece in Oct 2020 and in the invoice I received it stated “You’ll also receive a surprise gift worth 50% of your order value, if you have ordered a piece from the Shwet Collection”. This was also stated on the website and was the main reason that I decided to order it from them rather than another supplier. The order from their Shwet Collection was worth over $1k (AUD), however to my surprise when the order came to me in Melbourne, there was no surprise gift (ironic I know). I then contacted Nitesh who is the owner of the Company and the person who I was dealing with when I placed my order. But instead of him trying to resolve my issue he then passed me onto his someone in their marketing team. This person in the marketing team gave me some an excuse that offer was meant to have ended in May and was mistakenly left on the website (however the offer also appeared on my invoices and there was no end date) Despite them not honouring the terms of their promotion The only solution offered was for them to give me a discount on my net purchase. This was absurd offer to a customer who had been cheated out of getting something they were promised to get. After sever months of going back and forth, they finally admitted that it was their mistake and that they would honour their promise. In March this Nitesh even said that your piece is ready and requested my address for shipment. Since then any request for shipping tracking was ignored. It has now been over 11 months of me following up on this matter. There have been many excused during this time, including an alleged fire in their building, family emergency, travel and covid. All during a time when they have been able to run several campaigns and promotions online. Why am I sharing this? If you are considering a purchase from them, DON’T!!! These guys can’t be trusted nor do they honour their word. Nitesh is a deceiver and fabricator. Nitesh and his wife Shweta run a company based on lies and deception. Please don’t make the same mistake as I have and buy from them.

<p>The designs are very bold and uplift the whole look tremendously. Not for people who prefer very delicate jewellery. Shweta gave me a very elegant and royal look. Each piece of jewellery is unique, dramatic and makes a statement. A lot of pieces are must haves!! Do check out their collection!</p>
