Had a nice experience throughout the whole process. Everything was done keeping my priorities in first place. But was really annoyed by the lady who came with her(priyanshi). She really doesn’t know how to treat clients . I wish priyanshi exclude that lady from her team. Or should avoid taking her to clients place. Who really wants to get disturb during functions@home. I would have given 5 stars for Bami’s work If that assistant would not have spoiled my mood.

Bami is a amazing company to work with for curating your gift hamper they curated all the hampers for my daughter's wedding from mehndi , haldi , shagun to return favour's each of them where customised exactly according to our wish and where as professional as It could get from graphic designing the hampers to delivering to the wedding venue. A big thumbs up to their efforts for making my daughters wedding a success.

Sodding Covid, it was my daughter's 30th birthday, and I could not be there. Trawled the internet and goodness, what a lot of crap, then found one and they could not deliver. I know I am tricky; why would I want my daughter to use the chemicals in candles and sweets that might not support her health? And flowers are such a cliche. About to give up and found Everybody Loves Hampers. If only it had popped up sooner! However, against all the odds, a delicious hamper of healthy goodies was delivered to my delighted daughter. Not as good as having her mum there, but so glad she got it; she loved every bite, and it certainly cheered her up.

My friend received her gift today, and she loved it—everything from the presentation to having gifts that are zero waste. Thank you also for sharing the photos and keep me posted. When I forgot to include a gift card you emailed me and asked if I wanted one!....that’s what I call customer service. Also your attention to detail in packing my hamper, it was packed with love . I was extremely impressed with the prompt and personal response I received after submitting my order. I really liked the option to make up my own hamper as I was just after a small gift to send to my friends as a return gift after my marriage.
