Ratna Saluja is an Alumni of Le cordon Bleu London, Alumni of Savour School of Chocolate & Patisserie & Institute Villa Pierrefeu Glion Switzerland. She founded Baked by Ratna Saluja around the notion of desserts as an experience. For her, flavor is the most important component and creating a visually dazzling dessert are equally important for her. Most of her desserts have various layers and textures and just in one bite you can enjoy the myriad sensations. She's experimental with flavors like matcha, passion fruit, mango, and lime. But her favorite dessert is this smooth, sophisticated, textured, mildly sweet, slightly bitter, a bit spicy chocolate pate gateaux.
