I had made payment of Rs 3800 on 26 September 2022 for 4 diwali dresses to Azmaira conture. Before making the payment, there used to be very prompt conversation on WhatsApp and requests to pay at the earliest telling that offer is going to end soon. But after payment, surprisingly there has been no response. When I contacted on messenger as a new customer, reply came that you surely do the customisation and that I need to send my measurements. When I replied back with all the screenshots of whatsapp chat and payment screenshot, again everything has turned silent on your side. Never expected such irresponsibility on your side. Kindly return back my money as soon as possible or I'll lodge a complain with consumers forum.
