recently catered our wedding for 1000 guest, and was instrumental in making it a truly wonderful day. From initial discussions, he adapted to our ideas of sharing platters and made them better. His food suggestions were brilliant (and were incredibly tasty), and he really helped make it edible for our various family and friends with various allergies. He worked with our budget and did what he could to keep costs down. He was really easy to talk to and discuss ideas and changes with, and open to any questions we had - after all, this was our first time doing this! On the day, everything ran smoothly and we felt very safe in his hands. The food was delicious, and all the guests couldn't stop commenting on it.
