Irresponsible people, don’t attend to any customer calls, lie about not being in the country

I got my Sangeet outfit from Anubhav and Sneha. I wanted something blingy so that's why I got a signature blue lehenga from there, it matched the theme very well which was colourful and was delivered to me on time. It was quite budget friendly. One short coming was that the blouse colour that I wanted was not the colour that I got even though I had told them exactly what I wanted but at the end I took care of it so it was fine.

I had a pathetic shopping experience with Anubhav & Sneha. I went for my wedding trousseau and these people tried to sell me off a defected outfit. I selected one outfit for myself from the store and it had a defect when they showed me the piece so I had told them to make sure my fresh outfit does not have that defect. When I went to pick the fresh piece, I saw it had the same defect and they were not willing to agree that it is the same defected sample that they showed me earlier. Months went by and the issue did not solve and ultimately, I had to leave my advance as well as the outfit! I am very disappointed with their services.

We got one trousseau outfit for my sister's wedding. we waited one month and when we came back to pick it up we realized its the same sample that was shown, cz it had same embroidery mistakes that were pointed out in sample. we simply asked to see the sample as well with the new piece. they presented 1000 reasons, its at shoot its with customer etc etc for 6 whole months.. finally when they did not present sample we asked for our advance back they simply refused and said you have to give rest of the money and pick up your piece. ultimately we had to let go of our advance. pathetic experience.

I purchased dress for my sangeet from Anubhav and Sneha. Amazing collection for bridal and wedding wear and the staff is amazing and always ready to go extra mile to give you the best service. Will suggest them to all the brides to be and bridesmaids
