This is about my previous review as there was no option to reply...my wedding was in November 2019 and I started looking for makeup artist well ahead in time.i called Mr Ali in july 2019 and inquired if he is available on my dates and Maximum no of makeup he takes in a day...and I requested him to give me few days to think and after that I’ll make advance payments. He said that he is available and takes maximum 2-3 makeup so if he gets booking before my confirmation he won’t be able to provide me his services as he doesn’t do it for money it is his passion.I was very happy to hear this and paid advance on very same day i.e 23rd july 2019.:My only question is what’s the point of booking you in so advance if you book 5 bridal and 3 +party makeup on one date. I definitely didn’t pay you for photography but i did pay you for hairstyle which you didn’t do yourself as you were busy with otger party makeup and unfortunately it was done by some random girl who couldn’t manage volume in my front hair....that is my two main point of dissatisfaction 1. I was told 2-3 makeups on my wedding date but reality was totally different [2. ] i was unhappy with my hairdo. Coming to the last point yes I didn’t pay you for photography but i paid my wedding photographer 10k for bridal shoot at venue which I got wasted cause you said (off courses not obliged) you ll get it done by your photographer. And you assured me to share my photos with me after editing and that’s why I called you but you didn’t care to pick up. And all of sudden you call me and tell me “ photographer ne photos delete kr di ki uska camera uska man” that explains your maturity... let me tell you again for the service i paid you for i am attaching 2 pics for the hairstyle i wanted v/s what i got...i do think that you makeup package includes hairstyle of bride...and you must pay attention to those clients who book you in so advance trusting you....rather than taking every booking you are offered to...

Make up done was ok but i was not happy with the hairstyle and Mr Ali was too busy doing makeup of bridesmaids....there must be some maximum limit of bookings in a day, there were 4 other brides with 2-3 bridesmaids in a small room to get ready in 2 hours ,so you can easily understand how much time Makeup artist will give on you, i arrived late from my appointment time due to my haldi event in morning but there can’t be any dot time for bride as all wedding festivities happening in a day it’s not possible to be on exact time, i was expecting one or two bookings but i was stunned seeing so many girls in small room i had to wait for other makeups to finish and he asked me not to bring my photographers there and told me that he’ll send me my pics clicked by his photographer after few days but Ali now never picks up my call and respond to messages. I asked hairstylist to give more volume to my front hair but all in vain.I specially called ali multiple times before wedding for fresh flower bun full but he was too busy that day to work on my hair and all i got was few white flowers on lower side of bun which was not looking good.My makeup could be much better if there were not so much bookings on my D-day..you expect your MUA to take care every small detail when you pay for professional makeup. No response on my pics and videos is frustrating as well.

I booked Ali for my makeup and he did amazing job. The makeup was breathtaking.I loved the quality of products the service. He the professional will surely recommend him to other brides.

Wedding is the most special day of every girls life and Ali Gupta the person who was responsible for work it. I have already seen his make-up arts many time in my previous family weddings so there was no doubt in my mind that Ali would be my makeup artist on my wedding day. Actually don't believe makeup suits me but on my wedding day Ali made me feel like a princess, Ali is a such a kind friendly person. In whole seen i always take advice Ali which colour lenhnga suits on me. He response very positively nd give full attention, I showed him my dress and he ran few idea by me and excelled. I was so happy with my makeup and got compliments all night even in short time Ali has done my sister in law makeup and my niece hair style thank you Ali for your hairstylist artist and much special thanks to you, the whole experience so enjoyable nd will definitely use in the future... Sorry for too late after my wedding....
