#Unprofessional #Untrained #Unethical #Warning: I booked with them for my engagement makeup at a premium price, higher than usual branded places. There was no coordination or timely response from their end even until the date of my makeup. Everytime it was just me texting and calling them for coordinations to which there was DELAYED or No Response. On the day of my engagement, they created a panic situation for me and my family by arriving 30-35 minutes late and all this while, they were not taking my calls! The partner, or the husband who works along with Ms. Aarti, is a super rude person and doesn't have basic etiquettes to talk to the clients inspite of being at fault. No apologies. एक तो चोरी, ऊपर से सीना जोरी। As promised before, that on the day of makeup, they will assist my mother with the makeup and draping the saree, they refused just at the moment and left us there in the middle of it, and refused the service. Moreover, my makeup was cakey, overdone, and not as per my guidance/choice. My hair were left messy and not done well. Even after my refusal for hair extensions , they forced it onto me. Illiterate hair stylist was provided. The saree they draped for me, literally opened up within 10 minutes after they left, from my shoulders. The cancan was not opened by them. The material used by them was cheap and old. I was unheard, and this made me unhappy. They were unbothered about my important day and left me and my family really unhappy and dissatisfied. I was not given even a moment to discuss my pre or post makeup. They just did a generalised makeup, which anyone can probably do by themselves. It was not as per my dress or my demands. #poorcommunication I would not recommend them if you need a peaceful and professional work done.
