  Truth be told- Yellow may make a few girls scrunch their nose but here at WMG, it is a firm favourite in Indian wear, specially for summer brides. It works our complexion beautifully and there is nothing happier than a bride in a sunshine yellow walking around the pheras on a balmy spring morning.

Meet Shweta and the Saffron Yellow Lehenga

Shweta is studying in Spain, and only just landed in India to begin her trousseau shopping. As luck would have it, she was just in time for this one day of pampering at the Red Carpet bride session From a fiery red lehenga  to this regal, saffron yellow one, we knew the minute we saw this outfit that the color would pick up beautifully against Shweta's skin tone. The problem- this outfit weighed probably as much as Shweta herself :p - the fabric was a rich raw silk and was heavily embroidered with dull zardozi and tiny pearls. It came with a gold bustier accompanied by a cream and yellow jacket and an unexpected blush pink georgette dupatta. Outfit Details

From the bride to be :  Stepping into EMSEMBLE, I was warmly greeted by the luscious display of bridal wear.  A bright red lehenga  and a heavily embroidered yellow lehenga was handpicked for me.  Being adorned in the yellow lehenga designed by Abhishek Sharma , made me feel like a bride already. The touch of short jacket in the same hue of yellow just completed the look, giving a hint of contemporary in the traditional outfit. It was blissfully chic and felt tailor-made for me. Every shot turned into a fun moment with Devang behind the camera, coupled with the gorgeous collection at Ensemble, a one stop shop for every bride to be.  Kudos to Mehak and team WMG for a seamless organization and I cannot thank you enough for this amazing experience.  It is the ultimate recipe for a perfect bridal prep.
