Meet Manasa and Chetan

Manasa recounts. "We were introduced to each other by our extended family but our story was a bit more complicated than just a traditional arrange marriage. Our  ‘get to know you’ sessions spanned countries (Argentina, India and US) and over 24 months . Over this time we truly got to know each other, went through our fair share of ups and downs, eventually fell in love with each other and overcame long-distance hurdles that made our bond stronger "

From the bride:  I wanted each event to be unique and have its own theme . The Sangeet was a contemporary set up- with the usage of Lavender , candles, pearls hangings to give it an elegant, vintage feel . The Wedding was more on the traditional side with a temple like "mandap" and an elevated main stage and an extensive usage of traditional flowers and traditional colors ( yellow , red , green ). We also made sure that the Bride and the Groom outfits were color co-ordinated, which made a huge difference in the pictures. I wore a blush and gold kanjivaram which complemented Chetan's cream and gold sherwani. Similarly, we wore hues of blue on our engagement too- which ensured our photographs had a more cohesive feel
