This Quirky Wedding Was An Ode To The Couple's French Love Story

When it comes to personalised weddings, this one takes the cake! Rhythm and Aman fell in love in France, and we love how they incorporated it into their wedding- from a Loveland themed wedding with an Eiffel Tower installation to pretty pheras by the Lake where the bride entered on a boat- this wedding was all about celebrating their love. We loved the bride's style- each one a true reflection of the vibe of the function and the theme! Special shoutout to Photo Phactory who captured the madness to perfection!
Meet Rhythm and Aman
My husband and I met at a boat party in Paris. The boat was on the Seine river, overlooking the Eiffel and amidst all the chaos, we had no one else to dance with. That's when we pursued each other. We had both gone to France to pursue our masters at ESSEC Business School.
Welcome Party - A Rhythmic Night
Mehendi - Ticket To Loveland
Sangeet - Glitz & Glam
Wedding - Vows By The Lake
From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on February 6, 2023. Every aspect of our wedding was visualised and designed by us. We wanted to tell our love story through every element, whether it was the event's names, the invite, the theme etc. For our wedding we had 5 events - the first one named 'A Rhythmic Night' that had a storybook as the entrance gate that told people about how we met and the table centre pieces had out interesting dating facts. The second event was called "Ticket to loveland" which had the decor of different countries we had visited/loved during our travels - the stage was greece, the coverup mexican, food - indian theme, massage section- thailand, and a huge eiffel tower in the middle water to commemorate our meet. Our wedding was called "vows by the lake'. Here we pre-recorded our vows, I entered on a boat and we had our sunset pheras like we envisioned.
Vendor Reviews
Photography: Photo Phactory
He was the first vendor we closed because he had done all of Aman's friends' weddings and we absolutely loved his work and vision. He was very hands on in understanding what we are looking for and executed beautifully.
Venue: Lake End, Udaipur
Our wedding happened Lake End in Udaipur and other events at Bamboo Saa resort and The Mewar. We chose Udaipur because I always wanted to get married near the water and Aman loves the mountains - that's we went to place that has both.
Makeup Artist: Sneha Makeovers
I found Sneha Makeovers on WedMeGood after having some bad conversational experiences with the biggest names in the industry. She was so calm and composed, just the person I needed on my wedding day. we had pre-decided all our looks and she executed them to perfection. I absolutely love her.
Wedding Planning: Koncepts Weddings
We worked with Koncepts Weddings who had also done some of our friends' weddings but they we just the best people to have around. the love, the feeling of family that gave was the cherry on the cake. right from ideation to selection to execution, everything was perfect from their end.
