Remember Amrita Puri, the cute actress from Aisha who played Sonam Kapoor's BFF? Well, she was desperate to get married in the movie, and now she tied the knot in real life! The cute actress recently tied the knot to her restaurateur beau Imrun Sethi in Bangkok and her wedding is worth taking a look at! From her gorgeous offbeat Sabyasachi bridal lehenga to the groom's pista green safa and the cute wedding hashtag, #amrun, the wedding is pretty as a peach!
The Sikh wedding was a pastel affair, with the bride in an exquisite off-white and gold Sabyasachi lehenga from the Udaipur collection, which had a pop of blue!
We especially loved her phoolon ki chadar, which had florals and perched doves- #bridalgoals right?
The groom coordinated with his bride to the T, in an off-white sherwani and a pista green turban, now that's a combination we'd like to see on more grooms!
They even had a night wedding, with Amrita exchanging the malas in a stunning green outfit with a mathapatti.
Again, she took her dupatta as a cape- we're telling you it's a cool new trend!
The wedding, which had a floral theme which went by the tagline 'Eat Drink Love' looked like quite a party!
Amrita had her destination wedding at the Antara Riverside Resort in Bangkok, and it was followed with quite a few festivities! She had a Mehendi and a Cocktail night too, and they looked like a lot of fun! Love her easy breezy Mehendi outfit by Ritika Mirchandani!
Another cute thing we spotted at their wedding were these tiny ‘Fun Facts’ coaters with facts about the couple, which we think is an adorable idea, especially for a destination wedding!
Celebs like Eisha Chopra, Sandhya Mridul, VJ Yuvi and Satyadeep Sharma were spotted celebrating her big day with her.
Super cute, right?
