Register Your Wedding
This is vital! While some couples opt to do a court marriage prior to the traditional wedding, if you haven’t then this one’s for you. This is a registration, not a court marriage since you are also married according to religious customs. Every state government has a different process in terms of application and forms, so ensure that you get this one done!
Return All Rented Stuff
If you have rented anything for the wedding, from outfit to any home décor items return all of them. Try and assign this to a cousin or friend immediately because if you don’t do it within a few days, you may be charged a fine or a penalty.

Pay And Review All Vendors
While we assure you that vendors will remind you incessantly for this one, you need to ensure the payments happen in a timely and pre-decided fashion. Do give your feedback to them about the service, good or bad. Don’t forget to leave reviews on our page for all the vendors you found via Wedmegood. Did you know that every vendor has their own review box?
Inform Where Necessary
Let your office HR, insurance people know that you are legally married. Changes will likely need to be made to your tax information and documents, and potentially your health insurance, among others.
Properly Store All Outfits And Jewellery
Your outfits and jewellery cost a bomb (we know!) so its essential that you store them properly. Every piece of jewellery needs to be stored separately. Hair Spa
After all that stress and heat that you’ve put your through, it treat time! Get yourself to the closest salon and treat your hair to a good hair spa session. If the hair is damaged or needs a pick-me-up before you honeymoon, get a gloss treatment too!
Facial
Same with the skin! However well you take care of your skin, the wedding toll takes up on your skin. Give it a little TLC with a soothing facial or a clean up!

Paper Work
Now that you will be shifting (or shifted!) homes, start your paperwork for your new address. If you are renting out a space, it’s better to keep the old address but if you are shifting cities or purchasing a new home, getting the paper work sorted is vital. Bank details and signatures need to be changed if you are taking your husband’s name.
Start Selecting Your Wedding Photos
The mammoth task of selecting the final images for your wedding album begins! If you have over two events, ensure that you set a timeline for this or you will get sucked into an endless to and fro with your photographer!

Thank You Notes
While we haven’t started doing formal thank you notes yet, it’s important that you let the people who came and showered you with blessings (and gifts!) that you value their time. If not thank you notes, call or text people to know that their presence meant a lot to you!
