The New Rules For Co-ordinating Your Jewellery To Your Outfit!

BY The WMG Bride | 04 May, 2017 | 5393 views | 2 min read

It’s a bit like the chicken and the egg story – which comes first? Your bridal outfit or your bridal jewellery? Or should you pick them together? We have mostly noticed brides buying their outfit before choosing their jewellery. The general perception is that the bridal outfit trumps the jewellery in terms of showing more in photos, etc etc etc! BUT your jewellery is going to be a more expensive purchase than your outfit and will be passed on to generations below , so it makes more sense to buy that first ... and then work your outfit around it.  You can get your jewellery and leave out the beading till the end to coordinate your outfit to it, but don't buy your jewellery after your outfit - but here are our modern rules for co-ordinating the two.

2017 Rules:

Wear diamonds with traditional lehengas for a more offbeat look
