1 What are the terms and conditions of this offer?

Ola Offers ("Ola Offers") are issued by WMG Tech Private Limited ("WedMeGood"), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on Ola Cabs App. 

These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the WedMeGood Terms and Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the WedMeGood website, app and portal and the terms and conditions applicable for the WedMeGood Services (“Ola Offer”) issued by Ola to WedMeGood Users. WedMeGood Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms and these Offer Terms prevail with respect to the Offer. In case there are any inconsistencies, these Offer Terms shall prevail over our terms of use with respect to the Offer only.

2 When is the Offer Valid?

This Ola promotion offer ("Offer"), is valid till May 31st 2020,, unless revoked, cancelled or extended by WedMeGood in its sole discretion. This will not require any prior notice or mutual agreement of both Parties. 

3 What is the Offer?

 Under this Offer, on booking an Ola rental cab through the Ola App or Platform, the customer will get Rs. 100 off on Ola Rentals on bookings of 2+ (two plus) hours.

4 Whom is the Offer for?

This Offer is only applicable to new Ola rental users and cannot be availed by existing users of the Ola Rental Service. 

5 How can we avail this Offer?

This Offer can be availed through the Ola Cabs App.. 

WedMeGood reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. WedMeGood shall have and take no responsibility or liability of any of the Services being availed through this offer on Ola and is solely a facilitator of such Offer to its Customers/Users. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon only.
