Terms & Conditions For WedMeGood Mynt - Premium Membership Program

The Mynt Loyalty Program (the“Program”) is designed by WMG Tech Private Limited (hereinafter “WMG”) in order to help you get the most out of your membership and association with us. Through this Program, we are looking to reward you for your association and loyalty to WMG. 

The following terms and conditions (these “Mynt Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Mynt Terms and Conditions carefully. These Mynt Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions includes acceptance of these Mynt Terms and Conditions. These Mynt Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and WMG and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Participating in the Program entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Program rewards (“Offers”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by the Service Providers or Vendors listed on WMG ( “WMG Partners”)  in their sole discretion. WMG reserves the right to modify these Mynt Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Mynt Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Mynt Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.

That WMG is only an aggregating platform and is merely facilitating these Offer Services through its Mynt Loyalty program for its Users and shall not be held liable for any concerns relating to the Service quality or standards in any manner whatsoever.

That in addition to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, all applicable terms, policies and guidelines mentioned on www.wedmegood.com shall be applicable to you. That WMG is only an aggregating platform and is merely facilitating these Offer Services through its Mynt Loyalty program and shall not be held liable for any concerns relating to the Service quality or standards in any manner whatsoever.

Upon notice, WMG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.

Program Period: This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by WMG (the”Program Period”). The program for a user is valid till the validity of the program for which the User has decided to subscribe or as per the validity of the purchased deal.

Eligibility: To become a Member of the Program, you must be an adult and of legal age to enter into this deal. To enroll in the Program, you simply need to have registered on our website (www.wedmegood.com/mynt or our app or WMG affiliated platforms) and pay the requisite fee of the scheme chosen by you. 

Only selected WMG Partners are a part of the Mynt program and the same are listed on WedMeGood app & WMG affiliated platforms.

Refunds & Returns

The Mynt Program does not support any returns or refunds in any manner unless defined herein and the Coupon Code once issued shall either be utilized for the specified purpose or shall lapse after its defined period of time. 

The User can request for a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the scheme in case they wish to seek a refund of the same only in the event that they have not unlocked any coupon/coupon codes. No refund will be made in case the User has unlocked even one coupon code. The user shall put in a request for refund within 24 hours of purchase. 

Transfer of Offer: 

The Mynt Program does not support any transfers or assignments of the rights in the Offers that are issued to you and the same shall only be used by you and no one else. 

Terms and Conditions: 

• One Coupon Code generated by User can be used only once with each Partner that the code is being generated for.

• In case of use of Coupon Code for physical purchase: User must be physically present at the time of redeeming Mynt benefits. User must carry a valid ID proof to ensure that the correct individual is availing our offer. 

• In case of use of Coupon Code for online purchases: User must unlock Coupon Code before making the payment or placing the order for such purchases and must put in the coupon code at the relevant step while placing the order. Mynt Loyalty program may not be applicable to Users in the event that they attempt to try using the Coupon Code on a purchase that have already been made or an order that has already been placed. 

• The User shall provide Coupon Code to the Partner before availing the service to ensure a smooth experience. 

• Coupon Code and there Offer Services may expire 2 days from the date they were first unlocked. If you do not redeem Offer Services within this time frame, you forfeit all such Offer Services. 

• Reward Conditions: Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the service and the applicable tax laws applicable to Member and Partner. 

• Rewards may not be applicable in case the Vendor or Partner has an ongoing discount offer; 

• Each user is allowed to unlock offers from the same brand upto a maximum of 3 times. In case the offer is changed for a particular Partner after launch, and user has already unlocked 2 times - then the user is still left with only 1 unlock for that Partner brand.

• Designers/brand have the right to refuse providing an offer if user is in breach of the conditions as mentioned hereinafter, but not limited to:

  • Misbehaviour or taking advantage 

  • Wrong person using coupon

  • Using old coupon again

• Each offer has its own T&C and by unlocking the offer, user is deemed to accept them;

• Once a code is unlocked, if it is not utilized, WedMeGood will not credit it back later to the User. An Unlocked code is considered to be a used one, without any exceptions.

• Coupon codes will not be exchanged for money or for any other purpose apart from their defined and prescribed user.

Fraudulent or illegal activity:

In case you’re found to be involved in any fraudulent or unlawful/illegal activities you will be held liable for the same and the Company or the Partner shall not be held responsible in any manner. 

In the event that the Company or the Partner find any discrepancy in your Coupon Code or details, or finds you making attempts to carry our fraudulent activities, you might be banned/blocked or blacklisted from the WMG portals. 

Termination

WMG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Offer at any time, including the availability of any Reward. WMG may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member’s participation in the Program for breach of these Mynt Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Mynt Terms and Conditions. 

WMG reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Member from participating in any aspect of the Program if WMG deems or suspects that such Member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following:(a) acting in violation of these WMG Terms and Conditions; or(b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or(c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or(d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or(e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of WMG to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program.

Any decision WMG makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s participation in the Mynt Program shall be final and binding in all respects. 

WMG shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Mynt Terms and Conditions or intent of these Mynt Terms and Conditions.

Release

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of WMG by participating in the Program, Members release WMG, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program or the use of any Rewards.

Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify, defend and hold WMG and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Member of any of these Mynt Terms and Conditions or any violation by Member of applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of Republic of India and New Delhi shall govern these Mynt Terms and Conditions. Member hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New Delhi for all matters arising in connection with these Mynt Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
