Right from the super fun, Mehendi afternoon with scooters and aviators in tow to the subtle but beautiful Sufi night with the most exquisite hair jewellery we have seen in a bit, from the colourful Sangeet night to the regal wedding - this wedding photographed by Dhanika Choksi Photography was all things fabulous at every step. Do not miss: the fun slogans at the mehendi and the beautiful "Sanjay Leela Bhansali' set up at the wedding - we're so envious!

The Wedding
From The Bride:
"The wedding celebrations lasted for a whole five days with both small and big functions - from Ganesh Puja, Haldi, Sufi Night, Sangeet, Mehendi to Wedding and Reception. The decor was done by The Bougainvilla Design from Delhi and we loved it. Mehendi decor was quirky with Indian elements and the bold use of colours and plenty of fun photo-ops. On the other side, the Sufi Night was quintessentially Turkish with hookas as flower vases, twirling dervishes, evil eye decor items and Morracan lamps. There was brass dinnerware and pictures from their pre-wedding shoot at Rambagh Palace on each table. The Wedding theme was Lotus-inspired with rich red velvet, hand-embroidered table linen, huge glass chandeliers and a mandap with hanging lotus flowers from the ceiling" explains Anushree."My Mehendi outfit was a pink Anita Dongre and my moms and sisters also matched my outfit with their Gota work ensembles. On the Sangeet night, I worked on a vintage princess look in a lehenga by Anju Modi and on the wedding day, I wore Sabyasachi" adds Anushree.
