When you have an iconic fashion queen like Komal Pandey as the sister of the groom, you know the wedding wardrobe is going to be a masterclass in style! Known for her experimental and trendsetting fashion, Komal didn’t just attend her brother’s wedding - she owned it, one stunning outfit at a time. From elegant traditional vibes to bold and contemporary ensembles, she nailed every look with her signature flair. Let’s dive into the details and break down all her drool-worthy outfits that had everyone talking!
Wedding Day Look
One of our favourite ones, Komal took a traditional and custom-designed Jigar Mali saree and wore it with a twist – a different drape style. Loved the earrings which were a statement piece and kept the neck bare, allowing them to shine through. For accessories, she went with a kamarbandh from Suhana Art n Jewels and kept her makeup and hair minimal. The touch of white roses in her bun was a great way to add some pizzazz to the already pretty look. Hair by Deepa Hair Artistry and Makeup by Makeup by Pratiba. Photography by Yugam Monga
Sufi Night
Royal, regal and how! Komal brought the glam to the sufi night, dazzling in a mermaid-cut velvet lehenga in navy blue that hugged her silhouette perfectly. The plunging neckline and metallic accents screamed diva and she wore it with a unique paasa. Keeping the ears, neck, and makeup bare, she really lets the outfit and the accessories do the talking with this look! Hair by Deepa Hair Artistry and Photography by Yugam Monga
Phoolon Wali Haldi
Keeping it dreamy, this beige Mahima Mahajan outfit with a statement nath did the job. The hair was vibing like no other, done by Satya P Verma and the makeup by Kuhu Guptaa was subtle yet on point. We loved how she donned the sister of the groom's look with ease, without going OTT! Photography by Yugam Monga
Home Haldi Look
A signature Komal Pandey look won’t be complete without styling one element differently. Styling a saree as a dupatta and a stunning ghagra, both from Diaries of Nomad, she kept this look bright and bold. A kamarbandh from Raabta By Rahul and earrings from shilpi goyal jewellery did the trick in elevating this further. The simple braid style with plain bangles was the icing on the cake that we are clearly digging for a home event! Photography by Sant Photography
Matkor
For this at-home event, this sister of the groom wore a lovely and brightly printed saree in the evergreen combination of lime green and fuchsia pink. Adding some more colour with her glass bangles and that halter neck blouse, this look was all kinds of happy! Hair by Deepa Hair Artistry.
