Sister Of The Groom Style: Meet Amreen!

BY Sakshi | 29 Jun, 2020 | 2209 views | 2 min read

Yet another stylish sister of the groom, and this one who wore some amazing designer outfits and slayed each and every look of hers. Amreen styled each look of looks gorgeously, and we loved her makeup looks, which were understated and pretty. So here's a breakdown of each of her looks, at her brother's wedding planned beautifully by The Millennial Bridesmaid.

Look 1: Dhol night

As the dhol night was the first function and a relatively intimate affair I wanted to keep it fresh with a colour that I had never worn myself. I matched it with my favourite enamel polki set.

Look 2: Cocktail

I wanted to be a bit glam on the cocktail, this Falguni Shane peacock lehenga with feather detailing was an impulsive buy that I picked up within 15 mins as I fell in loveee with it. I paired it with my wedding set to add an oomph factor.

Look 3: Mehendi

The mehendi look is very close to my heart as it was my first anniversary present from my mother. As the mehendi was a sundowner I wanted to wear white and this outfit was a perfect blend of classic hand embroidered luckhnowi chikankari and modern bare back blouse. I paired it with a maang tikka and statement earrings in green emeralds and uncut polki to add color to my outfit.

Look 4: Wedding

The wedding look was of course a classic Sabyasachi lehenga in dusty rose pink. It is my wedding lehenga and what better occasion than to repeat it on your younger brother’s wedding. I teamed it with a classic polki diamond string and a maang tikka. As it was a 1st March day wedding and the summer had already set in, I wanted my hair in a neat yet modern bun with a touch of sindoor. All the colors are muted and neutral as I love neutral shades.
