The photographs in this wedding pack in so much action. Right from the Joota chupai sequence at the end to all the crazies at the mehendi photo booth, this cross cultural wedding really seemed to have been one big party for the bride, groom and all their loved ones. Shot by Shiv Sharma Photography
Meet Radhika and Jeff
They met through common friends , and while they both lived in two different countries they decided to keep in touch. As they say love knows no boundaries !
Mehendi
Wedding
From the bride: For me having my Shaadi with a good dose of orange and yellow was a must. Our wedding was truly international and diverse - Jeff is from the US, and I have lived out of India for almost 15 years now...so we had people from all over the world come to be part of our special day. It was not a big wedding, nor was it an opulent wedding, but it was a special wedding with a lot of flair and flavour. I had a friend comment later, "orange is the new black", it was really important to have the colours showcase what India represents- the diversity, the character and the fun, while still remaining simple.
For me as the bride, the theme is what it was for the wedding- I have my own style, which is unique to me, I love colour, but I don't necessary like too much bling...all in good measure. I selected my outfits keeping my style in mind- something in which I was comfortable wearing, something that was fuss-free and that I could move around and have a good time in. You never want to wear things that restrict you or your movement- how would you have fun then?
