Ritu Kumar Bride for a Day: Meet Neha !

A month back we held a  contest in which we gave away a free bridal photoshoot in Ritu Kumar clothing to 3 brides to be !!!! They were given a makeover by bridal makeup artist Sakshi Sagar, shot by Shweta Poddar and styled in gorgeous Ritu Kumar creations.  I know I know, you guys are probably kicking yourself for not tuning in to WMG earlier, but you can read about the experiences of the first two brides- Roopinder and Swati below:

Our third and final bride to be from the shoot is this lovely girl called Neha.

Meet Neha

She is 28 and a dental surgeon who says she loves everything vintage ! She is vivacious, bubbly and full of little incidents and stories to make you laugh. She says being the muse to a Ritu Kumar creation was a dream and was thrilled when she got the call to be a part of the shoot!!!

  So Neha, tell us about your experience: I've always loved playing dress up & my personal style veers towards classic & timeless so Ritu Kumar is right up my alley!  As I went through the store within no time I picked up my outfit which was a gorgeous deep wine  ensemble with beautiful zardozi work all through out it .I tried it on & it just fit like a dream, best part being ,I didn't feel weighed down by it and was pretty comfortable. We did switch the dupattas, because I fell in love with the dupatta of another lehenga which I thought went really well with this one. It was traditional yet had that striking modern element to it and Mehak agreed that this would make a great lehenga for the shoot ! My makeup was done by Sakshi who made me feel so beautiful & confident.  I did want to wear a coral lipstick, but on the insistance of everyone around agreed to this red one. Though posing for the camera comes naturally to me ;) , our photographer for the day Shweta had a very clear vision of what exactly she was looking for in every frame.Shooting with her was good fun  and being a bride to be this experience was a great prelude to my big day as it gave me pointers as to the kind of style I wanted in my bridal shoots !
