Red Carpet Bride with Dolly J : Jasmeets Reception Shoot

Aloha WMG Addict !! You probably know by now that as part of our Red Carpet Bride feature, we gave three girls a chance to get a makeover, be styled in Dolly J clothing and be shot by a candid photographer. You would have seen Sonal's engagement and bridal shoots here and here, Vidhi's Sufi Night shoot here and finally we have Jasmeet who wore a floor length, pale gown with beading and lace ! With makeup artist Simran Kalra at the brush and photographer Lakshya Chawla at the lens, we had a total BLAST in the Dolly J Studio !

Meet Jasmeet

She ties the knot on 7th Dec. this year. It is an inter-cultural wedding and she is super excited for it. Between being a school teacher and doing wedding preps, she is busy following Wed Me Good, shopping and spending time with family ! From what we know of her in that one day, she is a Ninja Turtle fan,  drama queen, and loves to pose !!     Simran hard at work trying to remove all the stubborn traces of kajal the girls had on. Girls quick note- whenever you go get makeup done, do NOT wear kajal before that!

From Jasmeet "It was actually very nice to have Simran doing the make up. Her understanding of a bride and the make up required for her, which will suit her perfectly, is brilliant. She gave me a barely there soft look to go with the gown I was wearing.  Lakshya made me very comfortable, most of the time he made himself invisible while clicking the pictures ! Which was very kind of him , and I could be the way I wanted to be without feeling too self conscious Dolly J, everyone knows has the some great outfits, I simple loved the work, detailed and classy ! Most of the store had outfits in peach and pastel tones, so if anyone is looking for those colors for their engagement or reception it is a definite must visit. My gown was almost victorian looking with lace, beading and intricate embroidery. It's been a brilliant experience guys  thank you very very much! Looking forward to more from WMG  ,  you guys are doing an awesome job, by making life easier for brides to be !
