Red Carpet Bride at Zoya Jewels: Evergreen and Everlasting!

You know how we think about bridal jewellery right? We love statement pieces that brides can actually wear again as opposed to drowning in traditional bling. Which is why, we were so excited to collaborate with Zoya Jewels for our red carpet shoot as Zoya really defines our belief  that less is more. We took 4 amazing brides to be to  the luxurious Zoya store in New Delhi for a bridal photoshoot of a lifetime. In the first part of this four-part series, we tell you all about our first bride Janhavi's  experience and her glee when she saw the jewellery! Meet Janhavi

A bride to be early next year , this petite lady packs a punch of personality . Given that her first ever piece of jewellery was purchased from Zoya, this shoot was special for her.

All set to get blinged out !

   Sharing a few giggles with the WMG Team as we try and get those gorgeous mass of waves out of the way!   Brides need their cuppa tea's , and cuppa tea's look better with large cocktail rings. Abhimanyu and Prasheila from Going Bananas couldn't find the "perfect" teacup for Janhavi to hold so we literally turned the Zoya store upside down to get a teacup with a handle ! Gorgeous! Janhavi's pale white outfit is perfectly accentuated with these gorgeous green emerald pieces by Zoya. That bracelet though <3

From The Bride:  When I heard about the shoot at the store, I was excited because Zoya jewellery has always been special to me. My first ever jewellery was bought from Zoya, so I will always have a soft spot there. While I was whisked into hair and makeup I knew I wanted smokey eyes but in a softer tone. I was ecstatic that Deepti could give me that 'Deepika Padukone' look of big hair, soft smokey eyes and soft lips. The outfit I wore was by Payal Singhal and it was the perfect outfit for a cocktail function. For a bride who doesn't like embroidery or to be weighed down by meters of fabric then this outfit should be your pick.  I love emeralds and this look was all about it, it was elegant, contemporary and the right amount of bling, specially given the outfit I was wearing. I loved the Going bananas team -  they are amazing.Prasheila and Abhimanyu are witty and would make any bride feel comfortable no matter how shy you are in front of the camera. The shoot with them was just like hanging with friends for a crazy mad shoot. All in all this was a day of pampering, selfies, fun , giggles and a lot of pretty bling to play with!
