If you are looking at something dainty and fresh, I would recommend Sahil Kochhar . It’s not like typical traditional embroidery motifs but the work is really gorgeous. From 3D Multi Layered Applique to heritage zardosi, his collection has it all for brides to be!

I was a budget bride and hence I was always looking out for deals and designer who do budget pieces. Out of all my finds, I would recommend Anisha Shetty. Her range is pretty decent for bride who don’t want to spend a lakh on one outfit. I picked up my mehendi outfit from her collection and asked her to do a customized cocktail dress for me and she did a fab job!

If you love floral work, look no further than Abhishek Verma. Absolutely gorgeous floral motif with intricate detailing work. You can wear it for a day wedding or even a sangeet night.

I am a bride who loves heavy work but I prefer pastels and unique colours instead of usual pinks and the one label that actually has both heavy work and beautiful colours is Studio Iris. They have beautiful reds and pinks as well but I fell in love with their beautiful light blue and seafoam lehengas within an instant!

I would suggest all brides to check out EASE ! It’s a great label to buy all your pre & post wedding outfits from. They have lovely anarkalis that I binge shopped on – which are great for all your poojas and dinners that you get invited to. Definitely recommend!

While this designer label is quite old apparently I found this amazing designer called Sailesh Singhania in Hyderabad while hunting for my wedding saree. They have sarees in colours that you haven’t ever seen before. If you are planning to wear a traditional saree for your wedding, please go to this store. Must do for all brides!

Two of my requirements while wedding shopping for my wedding was that I want happy colours and amazing silhouettes. I don’t like dull and what my mom calls ‘elegant’ colours. And the one brand that was able to crack that code was Liz Paul for my mehendi. They have such beautiful silhouettes with fun details like frills and panels that I knew I had to buy my lehenga here. So I would recommend you to Liz Paul by Satya and Liz
