Real Brides Reveal: The Best Instagram Label They Discovered!

BY Apoorva | 05 Nov, 2017 | 8519 views | 3 min read

Instagram is no longer just a social media app. It’s a treasure house full of great labels, brands and amazing stuff. In fact Sabyasachi released his recent collection on Instagram! So we asked our real brides to reveal what Instagram labels they have discovered.

Tina says

Sanya Gulati all the way! Her clothes are so chic and on trend. I love everything she is currently doing. I love that I can pick bridal as well as festive pieces from one place. Mostly what I love is the colour palette, all deep colours which look perfect on Indian skin tones rather than pastels.”

Vinita says

“I am not much of a bling bride and wanted muted pieces for my bridal trousseau. Posh Pride does amazing stuff but without being blingy. They have very pretty colours and silhouettes for brides like me who like simple things. Do check it out!”

Nivedita says

“They are big today but I discovered Mortantra on Instagram 2 years back and I have to say it’s my best find. I have recommended it to so many brides, bridesmaids and even people who want perfect gifts to give brides. They have so much to offer especially since they do custom designs too. And frankly speaking, the price point is so good for the work they deliver that I would ditch my real jewellery for their work!”

Alisha says

"She did my wedding gown and there is no one else I would choose if I had to redo my wedding again! Sharnita Nandwana is just beyond awesome. The craftsmanship and the entire vibe that they bring while creating your outfit is so positive that your stress is automatically down which I feel is crucial when you are wedding planning - I was screaming at everyone! But if your wedding outfit designer is so good, your tension is halved which is why I recommend Sharnita who I quite accidentally discovered on Insta"

Esha says

“I picked up amazing night suit sets from Dandelion Dreams for my bridesmaid hamper. They have such cute prints and I loved the fact that they do suits for plus sized people too which makes it so much easier rather than going to two different brands. It’s a great addition to your bridal trousseau too – afterall, everyone needs something to sleep in!”

Sharvari says

"Being an Indian bride in US is painful, because all you see are gorgeous pictures online from Sabya and Ekaya and the realise that its too much hassle to co-ordinate your perfect outfit via emails and phone. Holi Chic is a one such brand which gives you that Indian traditional touch but with a Manhattan vibe! I wont say wedding lehenga but def consider for mehendi or smaller home functions. They are online too so easier. For all NRI brides, totally recco!"

Vidushi says

“I don’t know how I would have survived my wedding week without Oceedee. They make one of the most comfortable shoes ever! Plus they look soooo pretty. I had a four-day wedding in which almost all functions at some point we were dancing. These shoes made that fact so much easier to deal with as they gave me so much support. They are a tad bit expensive as they custom make shoes but you want to spend that much – at least for your sangeet & reception shoes.”
