Once upon a college time, my husband and I were just mutual friends. Our lives danced along different paths, but our friendship was a bright constant. We clicked instantly, our connection strong and effortless. Life whisked us apart for a while, but fate had its plans. It brought us back together at just the right moment. Reconnecting, we swiftly realized what we shared was truly extraordinary. Despite the challenges, we knew we had to hold onto this special bond. And so, our beautiful journey began anew with our families blessings.

From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on March 21, 2023. My husband and I shared a dream: to celebrate our love authentically, without the fuss of countless guests and forced smiles. Luckily, our parents shared our vision, granting us the gift of a small, intimate wedding. Unlike the grand Indian affairs we often see, ours was a treasure of simplicity.
My journey to Italy as a young girl left an indelible mark. Walking along the serene banks of Lake Como with my father, I whimsically expressed my wish to marry amidst its beauty, despite his teasing about the chilly weather. Little did I know, a decade later, my mother would recall this cherished memory. Suddenly, my dream unfolded before me: a wedding in picturesque Italy, surrounded by loved ones, where we could be our true, goofy selves.
In those blissful three days, amidst laughter and love, we celebrated in the enchanting embrace of Italy, fulfilling a childhood dream and marking the beginning of our forever tale.
One thing that was truly important to me for our wedding was having all our beloved departed ones present in spirit. We created a lovely remembrance corner adorned with photos of our grandparents and cherished family members who are no longer with us. This corner brought me a deep sense of peace, knowing they were there to bless us on our special day. We also really wanted to include our lill fluff balls at the wedding who couldn't fly with us, so we got small replicas of them and carried them around, exactly how they would run around us, we later also made then the centre of attention by placing them as the cake toppers for the after party. sky (he is a toy cavoodle) bubbles (she is a siberian husky ). both accompanied by the spider man at the base who is my husbands favourite. Additionally, for both our celebrations (Satyanarayana swamy vratham and Reception) in Hyderabad, we endeavored to repurpose the floral decor as much as possible. After our satyanarayana swamy vratham in March, we gathered the flowers and partnered with Holy Waste to transform them into incense sticks. We also created charming bouquets from the remaining flowers of our reception and shared them with our dear family and friends, spreading colors and joy to everyone who graced our events.
