The pandemic ruined wedding everywhere- but here is an Indian couple in the US who had to go ahead with their wedding, but without family. Unfortunately, no thanks to COVID, neither the bride's or the groom's family could fly down, but their friends made sure they had an absolute blast. The celebration was all about love and happiness, and a celebration of Akanksha and Hiren! We also really liked her dainty engagement lehenga by Chamee and Palak , which was simple and elegant. Take a look at this intimate wedding that happened in Salt Lake City.
Meet Akanksha and Hiren
Hiren and I were in the same master's program at the University of Utah in the United States of America. Our journey from being batch-mates to friends and then eventually falling in love has taken its sweet time. The saying, "Opposites attract" has turned true for us. Despite being opposite in nature, we found some commonalities like our love for food, traveling, movies & each other!

From The Couple:
Due to Covid-19, we decided to get married here in Utah, United States. No one from my or Hiren's family could fly to attend the wedding. But our friends made it the most memorable event of our lives!
