Mynt X Booking.com - Terms And Condition

Following are the Terms and Conditions of the WedMeGood Mynt and Booking.com contract - 

• The offer will only apply to:

  • Bookings made through Booking.com/Mynt. Bookings made through the Booking.com mobile app or www.booking.com are not qualified for the cashback.

  • Cardholders who are logged in to Booking.com. New users may create an account and log in.

  • Cardholders who have given consent to share their Credit Card details to Booking.com’s fulfillment partner for processing of the cashback by ticking on the consent box

• Cancelled, “no show” and bookings with changes to the credit card details after the booking process are not eligible for the offer.

• This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

• Accommodations that do not accept credit cards or only accept cash as a mode of payment are not eligible for the offer.

• The cashback will be credited to the cardholder's billing statement within sixty four (64) days after completion of stay in the accommodation.

• The cashback is only applicable for room charges. Other fees and charges, including but not limited to taxes, service charges, food and beverage, or room service charges will not be eligible for the cashback.

• The cashback will be calculated based on the original booking value in INR and will be credited in INR, subject to foreign exchange charges. Should any amendments be made after the booking, the cashback will be adjusted accordingly and will be calculated based on the latest booking value.

• The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price unless otherwise stated.

• Members must provide their Mynt code at the time of hotel booking

• WedMeGood reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any Mynt member or any person for any such modification, discontinuation or termination. WedMeGood will in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this Offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products/services under this Offer.

• WedMeGood does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of services offered by Booking.com. You acknowledge that WedMeGood does not endorse, control or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness or quality of the products/services availed under the Offer must be referred by the customer directly to Booking.com.

• WedMeGood is not an agent or an intermediary of  Booking.com. Booking.com reserves the right to contract with you and WedMeGood does not control  Booking.com and cannot compel them to contract with you. WedMeGood will not be a party to any contract that you enter into with Booking.com.

• By availing this Offer, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
