We spy with our little eye, groom wear details for 2014 ! Here is a snapshot of groom wear details at the latest India Couture Week that happened in Taj Palace.
Anju Modi's show had our favourite groom wear details. Pastel Bandhgalas with peach dhotis, or dark jackets with dhotis. Love the silhouettes. They also had socks peeping out from brogues, matching with the groom wear.
The Manish Malhotra show had pallazos for men- relaxed fit traousers worn under kurtas, and topped with jackets over the kurtas. There were some fit issues in the groom wear, but the emphasis was on loose, laid back groomwear clothing
While most of the Sabyasachi show had kaleidiscopic prints for groom wear which weren't our favourites, the blcok print kurtas in pastel colors with printed jackets were lovely print on print options. Dont miss the jutti-brogue amalgamation in footwear in pastel shades The Rimple and Harpreet Narula show had a lot of eastern influence. Tassle detailing, turkish headgear, and large shawls in contrasting colors. Again, a sighitng of the relaxed fit trousers.
