Fate and destiny allowed Shaun and Shaneli to quickly become #Shauneli. We serendipitously met at a friend of a friend's birthday party and were inseparable ever since. I could not imagine life without Shaun and am blessed to have met him.

From The Bride:

Our wedding took place on August 13, 2022. Shaun and I are very proud of our Indian roots, but we both have been born and brought up in Los Angeles. We curated a unique theme called "Punjwari" combining my Marwari roots and Shaun's Punjabi roots. There were elements of Royalty and Bhangra everywhere! It was a fairytale wedding and we were overwhelmed by the love from our loved ones. Each and every item and event was personalized. My favorite was the wedding ceremony entrance that started on the grand balcony and down the staircase to a dolhi with my brothers and mamas then my parents walked me down, my father unveiled me, my recorded voiceover began telling Shaun how happy I am to marry him and how this is the happiest day of my life, and my father and Shaun had a very emotional exchange before our varmala ceremony. The most grand was the reception in the evening where magic and the scent of 40,000 roses flooded the room. I sang a live song for the whole audience and it was truly the highlight expressing my love for Shaun in a song in front of such an audience at scale!
