Shivani & Nishiket's intimate Udaipur wedding was exactly as they had envisioned. Shivani, being a go-getter, made sure to do all research and finally settle on the City of Lakes for their destination wedding. From the spellbinding decor by Atisuto to the flawless candid photography by Oragraphy , this destination wedding was totally goals! Adding to the whole glam quotient was Shivani in her stunning bridal outfit. It was a traditional outfit, not just in terms of colour but also in terms of weave and work. Shivani opted for a banarasi based lehenga with gotapatti, mirror and thread embroidery. She completed the look with a contrast bandhej dupatta and it was just on point!

From The Bride:
I think we all wanted a destination wedding. I had done a lot of research of almost every place possible for the wedding but Ananta just fit perfectly in all the criteria both the families had. All the event location at Ananta are so apt for each occasion. They are spacious and well maintained. They have excellent food, be it Indian to Italian, Rajasthani and Thai etc. We tried to have different cuisines for all the events and I was very keen to add variations and details to each event in terms of food, so for instance we had the cheese and wine for the cocktails, we had chana chor garam and chai for mehendi, and had pan plus hot dry fruit milk for the wedding and so on. Even for the reception we went with ITC, a quick and convincing choice for everyone. We loved the open area for the occasion and we knew the food is always great. Adding to that was the perfect vibe that Atuisuto created by making it simple, elegant and classy not massy. Nishiket and I, we both wanted a very simple wedding in terms of the aesthetic and the feel. From our outfits, make up and the entire look to our decor, and the event itself , we wanted to be very relaxed and fun. We had agreed upon not making it very over the top and rigid in terms of the "things to do" at every event. Therefore we had very few performances etc, we wanted the guests to enjoy the way they prefer. We preferred just simple walking entries with good music. Also for the cocktail we had Juggy, he was amazing and he was the perfect choice. We had out ring ceremony and cake cutting at the cocktail followed by Juggy and just good music.

We were keen on having a destination wedding. After spending days researching for the perfect venue, we picked The Ananta, Udaipur, for its expansive, well-maintained spaces and array of delectable cuisines. For our reception, ITC Maratha, Mumbai, was ideal for its open spaces that suited our function’s needs. The variety of food they offered us while curating a menu was overwhelming.
Makeup Artist: Meeta Choksi
She really understood every look that I wanted. As I wanted it simple, she kept each look distinct and just perfect and it matched every outfit of mine.
Photographer: Oragraphy
We loved the pictures. They have done a wonderful job. Loved how they clicked all our pictures in between every occasion, as we had every little time.
Planners: Memory Jar Events
Having Memory Jar Events on board was the best decision ever. They were not only in line with all our ideas but were able to execute it the way we had envisioned. They more like family now and we loved working with them.
Decor: Atisuto
I have always loved their work and I was very sure on having them from the very beginning. I love their simplicity and their vision to make every event look just perfect with small accents, colours and fabric. Each event was different and was well executed.
Invites: VS Calligraphy
We used handmade paper of three different colours for the wedding invite. It was very nice working with Shreya (founder of VS calligraphy). She had drawn every element of the card and we got them screenprinted. the wedding cards were beautiful, simple and organic looking.
