Beach weddings exude a different vibe all together. They instantly enhance any wedding and just make the whole celebration a vivid affair. That was precisely the reason why Karishma & Harsh chose to get married on a beach, with a modern day chic theme, comprising of Indian elements. They kept it simple, intimate yet very vibrant! Harsh looked amazing in a bottle green pathani sherwani while Karishma shined in a traditional red lehenga. The Memory Writers captured the couple's candid moments beautifully and gave us a wedding to remember!

The Wedding
From The Bride:
We wanted a beach side wedding. Our theme was modern day chic with blush undertones while keeping the Indian elements. We wanted no fireworks, less flowers and no horse of course and yet everything looked stunning and vibrant. We wished for our guests to have a good vacation and be able to spend time with everyone.
Vendor Reviews:
Venue: Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resorts and Spa in Cancun, Mexico
The resort is beautiful, very modern and chic with best of the amenities. We loved the atmosphere and the staff made sure everything went smoothly.
Makeup Artist: Sara Tamargo
Their team is the best in Cancun area and you can trust them on your big day. They understand the hair and skin needs for humid/hot/windy weather.
Photographers: Romanza, The Memory Writers
Enjoyed working with the team of photographers from Romanza, one of my best memories from the day. They are so much fun.
Varun Sanjeevan's photography was abets surprise. So, Varun was a plus one to one my guests and I had no clue he was such a talented artist. He took the best photos and had them ready the same day. We are forever grateful for his kind gesture an we loved having him.
Decor: Zuniga
I am going to give myself (Karishma) a big shout out for the decor vision. I am very creative and decor is my strongest suite. I put in a lot of thought in deciding the colors scheme, mandap style, arch, flowers, lighting and the placement of the set up. There are limitations when you are planning this all virtually, not being scale the layout of the actual beach but Zuniga did bring my vision to a reality. Our decor elements were neutral while bringing the traditional touch but at the same time very chic. And the beach left us in awe.
Planner: Eunice Bravo
I'd like to thank our Wedding Planner Eunice for making this wedding happen. She is the best, so organized, clearly communicating our ideas to vendors and being available to us at every step in making our visions come into reality.
Bridal Wear: Asiana Couture
They have great collections, no doubt. After my wedding shopping, I returned to the US was worried about alternations. I took them less than 3 months to make the Lehenga and it was beautiful!! My mom brought the Lehenga when she came to the US/Mexico for the wedding and it fit me like a glove. Saved me a lot of time/last minute anxiety.
Mehendi Artist: Loto Mehendi
Gabi was my artist. She is so passionate about her work and how well she has been handing the business, taking care of getting the best henna products. She is really talented, best in all of MEXICO and southern US states. We had a great chat during our mehendi and it was good to know a local artist and learn their business.
Groom Wear: Frontier Raas
We placed a custom order for Pathani style Sherwani. With little alternations, he looked royal and handsome. Their staff was very accommodating.
