We've seen brides don gorgeous mirrorwork lehenga for their various ceremonies. From mehendi to haldi to even reception - mirrorwork lehengas are getting trendier by the minute! But Mehak wore a gorgeous mirrorwork ensemble for her Anand Karaj and vowed us with her look! We loved how she styled it with minimal jewellery and traditional gold kaleeras. Shot by Israni Photography , this wedding surely had us smiling while we scrolled through it and we bet you'll feel the same.

The Sangeet
The Anand Karaj
From The Bride:
As a couple, Viren and I always wanted a simple yet elegant wedding with our close family and friends and that is exactly what we've gotten due to the pandemic! It enabled us to spend quality time with our guests without any unnecessary formalities. Our wedding was a typical Punjabi wedding with two days of unlimited fun, lots of drinking and dancing, just how we had always imagined it to be! An intimate wedding is definitely more special and our wedding was filled with an abundance of love, joy, blessings and happy vibes! Most importantly, we both enjoyed our wedding!
Vendor Reviews:
I personally feel we had the opportunity to work with some of the nicest people during the course of our wedding.
Venue: A Family Farmhouse, Novotel Imagica
Planning a wedding in general can be super stressful, let alone planning one during a pandemic! We had initially planned a beach side wedding in Goa, but moved it back to Maharashtra due to covid. Even though the situation was getting better at that time, we felt it was wise to eliminate air travel altogether and pick a destination that was close, drivable and safe.Viren’s family has a farmhouse close to Khopoli and we felt it would be ideal to do our pheras there. There’s something really special and intimate about doing your wedding at a family home and we are glad we went ahead with it! Keeping the distance and facilities in mind, we booked Novotel Imagica for the other functions and stay for our guests. Since we had a limited number of guests as per the government guidelines, keeping two venues was a doable task. The hotel staff was very helpful and the safety measures were well taken care of.
Makeup Artist & Hairstylist: Cory Walia, Tabassum
The first thing I had booked once the dates were finalized were my Hair and Make Up artist. For me, Cory Walia was an obvious choice since I had seen his work at a few of my friends’ weddings. Cory is very easy to work with and I cannot thank him enough for giving me just the looks I had wanted for all the functions. My hair was done by Tabassum. Her work is simply outstanding!
Décor: Deep Roots Events
They have done a fabulous job at our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with how distinct each function looked! Sachin and Shreya suggested great ideas and brought our vision to life! Special mention for the Anand Karaj décor. It was all about pastel hues and beautiful florals everywhere. It truly felt like it was straight out of a fairytale. It was breathtakingly beautiful!
Photographer: Israni Photography
I feel the only way to revisit a special moment is through pictures and videos and Israni Photography has captured our wedding beautifully! I’m so glad I got them for our big day! We are very happy with how the photographs and videos have turned out. They have made sure to capture the right moments and emotions!
