Maharashtrian weddings are an epitome of grace and Mithila and Sachin's wedding was definitely proof. Held at Fort Jadhavgarh, it was every bit royal and elegant. Mithila wore a traditional pink Nauvari saree and completed her bridal look with nath, mundavalya, half moon bindi and green glass bangles while Sachin looked like Royalty himself!
Being NRIs, & Sachin placed their trust in Gulmohar inc. - Bespoke Weddings to plan their wedding, and the team executed their vision flawlessly! Captured by Shaadigatha, these pictures are proof of how exquisite everything was at this wedding!

From The Bride:
I am an architect by profession and Sachin is an entrepreneur in New York. As soon as we got engaged in Dec 2019 in Pune, we started looking for the venue, since both of us are Maharashtrians, we knew we wanted something traditional yet classy & royal. A lot of our friends & colleagues were gonna be attending the wedding in India hence we wanted to have it in a place where the experience is royal & Marathi so we chose Jadhavgadh. The wedding festivities were spanned across 3 days. The first day was mehendi, hosted at my Satara. The second day we had Haldi & Sangeet at Fort Jadhavgadh, and the final day was Wedding & Cocktail Dinner at Fort Jadhavgadh. Earlier I wanted to plan everything on my own starting from invites to decor. Everything. But post the engagement I & Sachin came back to the USA and got extremely busy with hectic work schedules. We had only finalized the venue at that point. Before a month we were talking to a couple of impaneled vendors of Jadhavgadh but they really couldn't understand our vibe. Just 20 days prior to D-day, a close friend recommended Gulmohar inc. They are based in Pune. We immediately got in touch with Janhavi, founder & creative head of Gulmohar inc. We had a couple of meetings on Face Time & call to finalize what all do we wanted. She & her team were very prompt and got back to us with many options to choose from. They sent us the options for photographers, makeup artists, Decor & Theme, Fun activities, etc. We really liked their planning skills coz by the time we finalized on vendors we had only left with 10 days. 7 days prior to the wedding Sachin came to India met Janhavi & her team and finalized all the things including budget, entertainment, logistics, etc. except the Decor for all the functions coz that I personally wanted to look into. Before our actual meeting, I had shared reference images to the planners so that as soon as we meet we can finalize the decor. Just 5 days prior we all met at Jadhavgadh, Janhavi was ready with her decor ideas and layouts for all the functions and after a lot of discussions, we finalized decor

Decor & Planning: Gulmohar Inc.
Janhavi & her team are amazing to work with. Even though the wedding was planned last minute, Gulmohar inc. did a fabulous job by planning the smallest details for all the functions. The team was present at all times to help us out with our smallest concerns. Even the decor was exactly how I wanted. It wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
