This one had us at the mehendi outfits! Love a bride (and groom) who try something new, and here is a couple who rocked very cool colourful coordinated outfits on their mehendi. The bridal look on the wedding day was fabulous too, in an edgy and modern red Sabyasachi lehenga. The wedding, hosted at the groom's villa in Spain was a cross-culture one with Hindu and Sevillian influences, and we really loved the whole vibe it had!
P.S. They have a super cute love story too!
Meet Shreepriya and Alvaro
I had my Bollywood romance in the French Alps. Alvaro was one of the first people I met when I moved from Italy to France in the summer of 2018. It was a Sunday afternoon, and I had just returned to the hotel after essential grocery shopping. I went to the reception to ask for directions to my new office, which I was supposed to join the next day. There, talking or rather flirting with the receptionist, was Alvaro. I didn't really look at him till he spoke to me. It turned out that the receptionist didn't know the directions to the office, but Alvaro was working in the same office. We started talking and spoke for more than 2 hours. He was the first friend I made and the person I could always turn to in times of need. After a couple of months, he confessed his feelings for me. Friendship eventually turned into love for me. He later told me it was love at first sight for him. My serendipitous meeting with him makes me believe in fate.

From The Bride:
In early 2021, Alvaro proposed in the beautiful Swiss Mountains. It was the COVID times, and we wanted to have the wedding as soon as possible but have our family present. So we had a small civil ceremony in Switzerland (where we live) in December 2021 and planned for the Indian wedding celebrations in 2022. After looking at options in India and Spain, we decided to do it in sunny Seville, Spain, Alvaro's hometown, to respect both our cultures. We had a Hindu wedding with Sevillan influences. We had an intimate Haldi and Mehendi ceremony on the 3rd of September with our closest friends and family at Alvaro's villa. It was the house of his deceased grandparents, and having our functions was a beautiful gesture for the entire family. On the 4th, he got ready at his house, and I got ready at his villa for our wedding. We held the ceremony at Hacienda Los Angeles, a 16th-century church converted to a hacienda (a country estate) with Sevillan and Arabic architecture and beautiful gardens.
