A Relaxed Beach Wedding in Thailand Brimming with Inspiring Ideas!

Now this is what an ideal beach wedding in Thailand should look like! Kyraa and Hardin's wedding seemed more like a party, and a super fun one at that! What we loved was that the bride's sister planned the whole wedding- and what a fab job! Right from the decor to the outfits, everything had a theme and a vibe- each so different for every event. Love love everything about this pretty wedding!

"We live on the same block and a common colony friend introduced us in 2009. We were friends for a few years and lost touch for a year or two, before we eventually reconnected and started dating in 2016", the bride tells us.

About The Wedding

It was the most wholesome 3 days. We didn't have a particular vision or demands when it came to the functions, all we wanted is a relaxed beach wedding, which we got!

The best moment from our wedding was on the haldi, which took place on the beach, which ended with us inside the sea at sunset. As a photo-op at our afterparty, we had a big ball pit which everyone eventually jumped into! It was the perfect end to the wedding.

Makeup Artist: Marisa Sethi Khanijaon

I chose her because I saw her work on another bride in Thailand who was just glowing. I needed someone who does not overdo it and make me look like someone I'm not. Apart from this I was nervous with Thailand being a humid place and most events being outdoor, but her makeup was perfect and didn't budge even after our pool party! She was also the sweetest person to work with and it was one of the best decisions, highly recommend her to everyone!

Wedding Planning and Decor: SAAQUE

My sister Saakshi Manchandani did all the planning & decor for all my functions. Since she knew us both inside and out, she was able to create, design and execute everything for us. We didn’t share a brief of what we wanted any event to look like, because we trusted her vision and that paid off! We had no stress till the very last minute, because of how well it was planned! Doing a destination wedding can get chaotic but Saakshi never let it reach me because she and her on-ground team was so efficient.

Other than how great the pictures and videos turned out, the team was superb! Hardik and I both don't love getting extensive photo shoots done but their team made it easy and smooth for us and extremely quick. We didn't have to move away from the party to do long shoots between or before our events, it happened very seamlessly!
