Harmit & Varun tied the knot at the beautiful Samode Palace and it was a celebration full of fun and loads of laughter. Starting with a classy welcome dinner, with Harmit wearing a beautiful white saree, each of the functions looked super fun. Harmit wore very offbeat bridal outfits for her Anand Karaj as well as the wedding, and finished it off with a classy structural gown for the reception.
Desert Pearl managed the planning and décor for each function with finesse while Happy Flashbacks clicked the most amazing pictures, capturing the couple's myriad emotions perfectly.

From The Bride:
Our love story began with audacious foolishness. We met in Goa at our best friends’ wedding. I was the maid of honor and Varun was the best man. It happened at the after-party after the sangeet night, where thirty of us were crammed in Varun’s hotel room. He laid eyes on me, stood up on the table, pointed at me and announced to the whole room that he’d marry me one day. I looked up from my phone with feelings of disgust and bewilderment! Even so, the incident made me curious about him. That’s how we started talking and immediately grew fond of each other. After the wedding, Varun went back to Sydney and I flew back to San Francisco. However, our conversations kept going. We were in a long-distance relationship for nine months before Varun took a transfer and moved to San Francisco to be with me. Now we’re here, married and happy.
Vendor Reviews:
Planners: Desert Pearl Entertainment
The team at Desert Pearl Entertainment was very professional. We gave them all our inputs and, based on that, they planned and executed our entire wedding. It’s essential to pick a good team that has experience with wedding planning and can also execute your ideas in the best possible manner.
Venue: The Samode Palace
We looked at many hotels before finalizing Samode Palace. We loved that it was surrounded by the Aravali Range secluded from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. With a 475-year-old history, modern luxuries and amazing service, it was the perfect venue for an intimate yet classy wedding just as me and Varun always dreamt off.
Photographer: Happy Flashbacks
We didn’t want just a wedding movie; we wanted someone to capture our love in its true essence. Also, we got along with Anish and Noopur from the start. They are young and very passionate about their work.
Decor: Desert Pearl Entertainment
The wedding celebrations comprised of 7 grand ceremonies - the welcome dinner, haldi, mehandi, sangeet, the Sikh Anand Karaj, Hindu Pheras and a grand reception. Each ceremony, adorned with spectacular decor, vibrant colors, and jaw dropping detailing. We loved how Desert Pearl and team went out of the box to make our big day so beautiful.
