Cross-culture weddings that celebrate both the bride and groom's heritage are just so special. Here is another wedding which did just that, and the photos are truly heartwarming. Suchi and Patric's Chandigarh wedding captured the essence of a Hindu and a White union, with two weddings and loads of pre wedding events. Planned beautifully by The Select and captured to perfection by Studio Memory Lane , check out this happy union.
Meet Suchi and Patric
"I was studying at Nottingham university and he was from the city, we met at a local pub. It was at Langtry’s pub where their eyes met, and sparks flew, igniting a flame that would burn brightly despite the challenges ahead.
As the world grappled with the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic, our love stood strong, transcending physical distance and strengthening with each passing day", the bride tells us.

From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on February 14, 2024. We blended our Indian and English heritage into a celebration of love and unity. Our wedding's vision was to honour both our traditions in a respectful yet fun way. We had an intimate wedding of 120 people and the style was in the details of every function. Ranging from intimate speeches at the welcome dinner by close family members, followed by a mehendi ceremony the next day and ending the day with the white wedding and the sangeet. Our wedding being on Baisakhi and Valentine's day is one written in the stars, where the universe truly united true love, two cultures and families together.
We made our own cocktail menus for all the days which signified different meanings - for example a few quotes and nicknames we used, our family dogs etc. we also had a candle lit in memory of the people who were no longer present with us and to honor their memory
