From The Couple:

Our wedding took place on May 20, 2023. The first decision we both agreed on how we wanted our wedding to be. We both had visualized a sunset beachside varmala with fireworks at the back. So this was an easy decision but kudos to our wedding planner The Wedding Space Company who designed every event just by talking to us. Our vision was to do a bollywood wedding as most of our friends were flying in from abroad and wanted to experience a big fat Indian wedding. Both the families were big foodies and party people so we made sure every evening had a big party. We even wanted to do an all nigh after wedding party. I wanted all my friends to have the same attire for the baraat so we had 80 of my friends wore the same sherwani set. Disha also wanted a baraat for herself so she did a super cool baraat followed by a dance on the walk towards the varmala as I had once mentioned I find it very cool.

Disha and I went to India in December last year to shop for the wedding and I gave Disha a 2 week head-start to find her clothes. Funny enough she couldn't find it in 2 weeks but as soon as I met my first designer I selected my wedding outfit. My wedding designer refused to finalise it till Disha finalised her outfit.

The most amazing set of people I have ever worked with. Disha and I were worried listening to horror stories of friends with their photographer team but when we spoke to Rahul and then when we met them for our pre-wedding shoot we felt like we had known them for long. It was the most amazing setup and the guys did an amazing work. The pictures definitely speak for themselves but just the overall experience was amazing. The attention to detail, being understanding of our needs and working together with us was an amazing experience

I had a great experience planning the wedding at Zuri specially with their manager Taizoon. The management was extremely accomodating and ensured that my guests were taken care of. The food was top notch considering we had specific requirements on spice level for our foreign guests.

This wedding wouldn't have been anything close to what it ended up being if it wasn't for Ankush and his team. These guys just spoke to us over zoom calls and converted our vision into reality. It was amazing to see how well they understood us over few zoom calls and by the time we met them in Mumbai they had designed the wedding of our dreams. They were available for calls at weird hours with us and were so comforting during the whole process. Can't recommend these guys enough.
