Now this wedding is a narrative woven with the threads of destiny and love. They met, fell in love, and had a super vibrant and beautiful celebration of their love. Amidst the backdrop of family bonds and cultural roots, Shradha and Chaitanya's initial encounter ripened into an affection that knows no bounds, reminding us that true love finds its own course, even in the most conventional settings. With the bride being a wedding planner herself, the wedding was bound to have some cute ideas! Come, let's dive into their adorable love story!
Meet Shradha & Chaitanya
"So we had what's called a 'jhat mangni pat vyah' kind of wedding! We first met on the 27th of February 2023. I had seen 32 guys for arranged marriages, but as they say, when it's the one, you'll know.
I had a funny feeling before going for this meeting. And you won't believe it, but 45 minutes into our conversation, Chaitanya didn't even know my name! He literally excused himself to go to the washroom so he could quickly read up about me.
On the way back home, our parents exchanged our numbers, and he called me the same night! We spoke for hours, but the main topic of discussion was 'Shaadi kyun karni hai! Na boldo.' For the next 5 (hidden meetings), all we discussed was how I need to get him a dog in return; he would say no! I don't know what changed, but it felt so natural and comfortable being around each other. We would meet every day without telling our parents! Every 5 days, we did an official meeting. 22 days later, on the 22nd of March, they called my family home. We cut my birthday cake, our families had a great time, and we said yes!
The 5th of April is when our Roka happened. It was a beautiful home event, very intimate, but so much fun! We partied all night and had the best time ever!
Then came the Hindi movie emotional twist! 2 days later, our families met for dinner, and my grandfather told my father-in-law with so much emotion that he's 92 years old and his only wish is to see his granddaughter get married! So that was that! My dream winter brunch farmhouse wedding was now happening in 40 days, in the peak of summer on the 22nd of May!
Thankfully, I am a wedding planner, and thank God for my mother and the entire team. Pulling off a 6-day grand wedding was a smooth yet super fun affair!
We started with a small Krishna Sandhya on day one. Day 2 was our Sagan & ring ceremony at Lata Greens. Day 3 was my mehendi in the morning and our qawwali night in the evening at our private farm. Day 4 was our haldi, after which day 5 was the main wedding at Lata Greens. Day 6 was our Anand Karaj." - shares the bride

From The Bride
"My mother is my business partner friend guide and everything! I’m extremely close to her, and I wanted to take something of her with me! I wore my mother's bridal outfit, I used the same dupatta that she wore and got a new sharara made, with the exact same embroidery and colour that she had, we had the embroidery person copy the exact design to make my sharara and boy It turned out great! I’m so glad that I could wear her outfit, coz since I was a little girl, I always said I want to look like you on my wedding day! And that dream came true!"

Wedding Planning: Vivaha wedding solutions
Being a wedding planner , and having an obsession of doing everything myself, with just 40 days to plan the biggest day of my life, many people told me get someone else to help out, but that was not an option for me! My mother and team worked tirelessly to make all my dreams come true! Such smooth flow of events, so much detailing with such enthusiasm! I honestly can’t thank my team my brother and mother enough! Being on the other side, all I did was thank my stars for having the best team of planners behind me! Thank you team Vivaha!

There’s no one better than having Shweta & Hemant ji by your side! Friend philosopher guide that’s what they are for me. From fulfilling every little idea to outdoing themselves, they did it all for me! This is probably the only firm that delivers beyond what they promise! I wanted a very vibrant yet elegant mehendi look, it was a qawaali night, but I didn’t want it to look typical, we decided on yellow burnt orange and green as our theme, I wanted an elevated central lounge that becomes the highlight of the space , and boy they pulled off the look so well! For my haldi, again I wanted something unique, we didn’t do a regular floral backdrop, I got a peacock in shades of orange and yellow.. and it looked so so pretty! Every little detail was taken care off! If your looking for someone creative, yet cost effective this is your go to team!

He was the life of the party! We had him for my Roka, cocktail, mehendi & wedding. And boy this man really knows how to make people party! He absolutely got the vibe! We partied every night till like 4 am! He was such a sweetheart! He is such a warm person and plays the best music ever! Someone who can get non dancers on the floor! You need to get him if you want your crowd to have an amazing time!
